    Went in for a service appointment. Oil change and tire rotation. They also checked my car for any issues. Had my appointment for 900. They took my car right in and within an hour was completed. Gave me written report on any issues and completed my service. Highly recommend service department. Nice waiting room with coffee and waters.

    Great experience. Would refer this dealership to everyone. No pressure from Gary, the sales rep, and very helpful in explaining things. Left the dealership with a new vehicle and felt good about it.

    I had my Chevrolet Colorado in for routine service and the dealership did a great job for me. The required maintenance schedule was followed with excellent results. The pricing was right and an additional item was completed at no cost. My advisor was thorough, efficient and completely knowledgeable as to my requirements. Dealership environment is warm and comfortable with sales personnel, office staff and service personnel all working smoothly to keep their customers coming back. I have all my automotive issues resolved by these folks.

    James Neely and Bruce Greenstein were a pleasure to work with. they both took the time to answer all of our questions and never rushed us or pressured us during the sales process. Bruce presented us with various options and took the time to help us weigh the pro's and con's of each. I left feeling that we made the correct decision and am happy with the purchase.

    Have purchased many a vehicle from Freehold Buick and every one problem free. In and out, no BS easy purchase and always a fair deal. The Service department is also above average, quick and reasonable enough to keep my cars dealer serviced. I would highly recommend to anyone

    My experience at Freehold Buick was unlike any other dealership I dealt with in the past. Right from the start I was greeted by salesman Christian Matt who made me feel like we had been friends already. The best part was no Haggling just an eager and honest attempt to provide my needs.     We were in the other night at Freehold Buick GMC looking at a 2016 GMC Terrain, We had our 3 and 5 year old with us because we couldn't find a sitter. These guys put on Disney Junior for them and let them play around with toys and kept them busy while we shopped ! Christian Matt was our Sales person and he was awesome, Mike, Aaron & Jeff hooked us up with the best deal we found anywhere, and Chris was awesome to us and the kids at the end of our purchase! We cant say enough good things about these guys and the way we were treated, we absolutely love the Terrain, what a nice vehicle !

    Visited this dealership in past. Most salesmen were uninformed, rude and dismissive. However, finally found Bruce. Excellent salesman. Knowledgeable, attentive, Very Fair and reasonable. Got a terrific deal and Bruce provided fantastic support and guidance. Bought a 2015 Yukon Denali. Have in past purchased several MB, BMW, Lincolns, Caddy's........Bruce provided personal service that rivaled or exceeded many of these other dealerships. If you go to Freehold ask for Bruce and tell him Bob sent you.

    I have purchased 7 vehicles from the people at Freehold Pontiac Buick GMC. That says alot. In the past I had found that car dealers, in general, were a difficult group of people to deal with. Most salespeople were uninformed and barely knew their products. The sales managers were usually rude and condescending, and I always wondered whether or not I really got a "good deal". FREEHOLD IS DIFFERENT! These people not only know what they are doing, they treat everyone like family every time they are in the dealership. My salesperson, Jim, has worked there for 8 years and is there for me whether I am in the dealership for sales or service. The service department has always handled my needs and they even provide loaner cars. I would never buy a car anywhere else. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a car or truck from someone they trust.

    The worst salesman ever encountered. Paul S. sells cars by lying and making promises and never intends to fulfill. Stay away from this dealership. They let him lie and be rude to customers. Just another [non-permissible content removed] car salesman. No professionalism!!!!

    Leased a car from these place they are big on bait and switch tactics. Was told car what I was looking for was on it's way the following week just put $100 deposit down and will call when car arrives. Get a call two days later stating car is not available for agreed upon rate if I want the whats available from another dealer monthly rate would be higher. Told them that was not what I was told when signed contract. Saleperson indignant stated take it or leave it. Final settled on a car even though was not exactly what we wanted car had over 400mliles on it too boot. Also, agree salesperson clueless no nothing about car and features cold be selling me bag of potatoes for they care.

    I purchased my Acadia, with no issues. My sales person was very professional and knowledgeable. The car i wanted they did not have but located it and had it ready for me 2 days later. I would definitely buy another car from them.

    Dealship would not meet reasonable price that was even close to Edmunds "True Market Price". I configured the exact vehicle (MSRP matched to the penny) yet the salesman was $1,000 over the Edmunds TMP. However even worse was the salesman knew next to nothing about the vehicle. Having studied the vehicle features and options on Edmunds before going there I knew what was available, however the salesman getting it all wrong. Didn't know audio features, didn't know HP, didn't know fuel requirements. Also, he was totally clueless about competition's prices and features when asked to compare.
