Needs a tune up.

onFirst time at this dealer to service a car purchased online even the rep asked when the interaction started. Yes, was acknowledged when walking in so can’t fault the rep but there was no set expectations, explanation of the process or what the results were- I had to ask for that information. If you’re providing minimal effort in a customer service interaction for a paid service, it’s tacky to ask the customer to respond positively to a survey.
