Great experience in purchasing my new 2016 Jetta at Reydel VW. Dealt with Marius, Michelle, Crystal and Mo. Everyone there was really helpful and knew everything and explained everything in detail. Great teamwork. Buying a car can be a nightmare. This time it wasn't. No problems, no hassle, no pressure. None of the nonsense of going back and forth to the sales manager like at other dealerships. I wasn't sure what make/model car I wanted to buy but realized that dealing with the Reydel service department for 10 years with my 2004 VW Beetle i knew i wanted another VW. The service department techs are better than great. Always had great service at Reydel, if i mentioned a problem, it was fixed the first time. Never pressured to have service that i didnt need. I purchased the Jetta SEL and i absolutely love it.
