by AJJames on 03/27/2025Overall good experience and quick service. Only downside was the lack of a detailed paper report on the multi-point inspection as I like to keep up with the tire tread and brake pads wear.AVOID CRANBURY Buick GMC!!!

They simply misrepresent poor vehicle conditions and try to add exorbinant fees to the tune of 20% or $4,000 extra on a vehicle fairly priced. DO NOT waste your time. The sales rep Mohammad has no… sales experience and is guided by CORRUPT MANAGEMENT PRACTICES. Spoke to Tom Donohue who indicated scratches, dents, dings, gouges, and damages are normal for a 2-year-old vehicle. Unbelievable!Thank you for your feedback.
