We had an exceptional experience at Lynnes Nissan. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. They took the time to understand our overall needs and budget and helped us find the perfect vehicle. Kudos to Joseph for his patience and for exhibiting transparency and professionalism.

    Update Sunday (Aug 17, 2025): I have seen the owner’s response asking me to reach out. I want to make it clear that I will not be doing so. I exercised my right to leave an honest review about my experience. Unfortunately, after I posted, I was personally contacted on a private phone number from Hussain Ghamlouch - The General Sales Manager (Horrible!!!!!!!! PERSON). That crossed a serious personal boundary and made me feel unsafe. I have gone to the police and will be addressing this matter in court. Customers should never be harassed or intimidated for sharing their experience. This is my experience at Lynne’s Nissan — be aware. Update / Warning: Hussain Ghamlouch - The General Sales Manager (Horrible!!!!!!!! PERSON) has called me multiple times today Saturday, August 16, 7:41 Pm and called me a “some Choice words as well as miserable person.” This is the kind of company you’re dealing with. Everything I’ve stated is factual, with date- and time-stamped documentation of all interactions, including the harassment calls. My paperwork will stand up in court if need be because it is the truth. If they call me again, I will involve the authorities. I honestly started not to write this review, but when I saw that they are still selling the exact same car they sold me (a Lexus NX 300, VIN ending in 5964), I changed my mind. People need to know. I have every single thing in writing and I can prove it When I first came in, they tried to upsell me by $10,000. Only after I threatened to involve Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau and social media did they finally drop to the actual price they should have offered in the first place. That was my first red flag. They told me the car was “checked out” and had no issues. That was a lie. Before the warranty expired, I had it inspected, and there was already a powertrain leak. I brought it back under warranty, and Lynne’s Nissan claimed they “fixed it.” But instead, they kept my car until the warranty expired — and when I asked for an extension (since the delay was on their end), they completely ignored me. As soon as I got the car back, I took it to an actual Lexus dealership for a full inspection. Lexus confirmed two separate powertrain leaks and other issues. In short: • Lynne’s Nissan never properly inspected the car before selling it. • They didn’t fix the leak when I brought it in. I asked for the work report they never provided to me, and if they did fix it well they messed up the car even more because it had two additional powertrain leaks that should’ve been covered under the warranty that they will not extend • They kept it until the warranty expired to dodge responsibility. I even gave them the full Lexus report showing everything wrong, and they still refused to do the right thing. The only smooth part of this nightmare was returning the car and getting my money back — and that only happened because I believe they were tired of me I demanded and I put everything in writing, and refused to back down. I will never return to Lynne’s Nissan, and I’ll warn everyone I can to avoid them. They are dishonest, they play games with customers, and now they are trying to sell that exact same car to the next unsuspecting buyer. Please, don’t let it be you.

  • Still couldn't find what was wrong with the car after keeping it for 3 week

    When you car to find out information on your car,you are kept on hold for a long time, then the call dropped, have to start the contact process all over again, Also kept finding things to repair, to raise the cost up .At the end of the day it cost me $1454 for springs and the original price was $1702 they gave me a so call discount, because it to a while for the part to come in. Not a very good experience this time

    They kept my vehicle for 11 days and JB WELDED the valve cover back together when they said they removed the cracked one and replaced with a new one. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! Husain and Kelvin will shmooze you until you sign the dotted line. Once they have you , all the repairs are on you!!!

    Mike D. Did a wonderful job. He told me everything that was wrong with my car. They had fix it. The service was quicker than others. I didn't need a tent to camp out at the center because it was fast service. I will bring my vehicle here again to get service when needed.

  • It's not always what it seems

    I am disappointed with the Nissan Rogue. I purchased a 3013 Nissan Rogue in 2015; I rarely had a problem with the car other than normal maintenance. On January 30, 2025, I took my car for an Oil chain, changed the low bul, and replaced the front brakes. First, the rep told me that they would have to do a diagnostic on my car, and it would be a customer. I said ok. They returned with a long list of problems with my car that could cost $8K. I have to inspect my car, and I need the oil change, the brakes, and the light bulb. It was said to me that it is not just the bulb. Another part may need to be repacked, costing around $300. Are you serious? So, I said, change the front brakes, oil change, and the lamp bulb. Oh, Ms. Nicholas, we do not have the bulb in stock, so we have to order it, and it may not come in by 12 noon the next day. I paid over $700 for the oil change and brakes, plus $320 for labor. The next day, I received no phone call, and to this day, the parts ordered came in, and I went to replace the bulb. I got my car inspected. Still no phone call as of today. I got the bulb replaced. I would never purchase another Nissan car again. Now you know!

    We totally received the white glove treatment on a cold rainy day. Our salesman Froncel held an umbrella over me as he escorted me to the vehicle to test drive it. He was patient, thorough and professional the entire day and followed up days later to confirm all is well. I’m so glad we decided to walk into Lynnes Nissan!

    Avoid visiting this place for anything. The staff is rude and don’t now how to talk to customer. Last exp. to this center was also not god but still went ahead this time hoping things will change but it was other way round. My appointment was at 2:15 PM for normal half yearly service, during the visit no one showed up even during drop off I asked them to let me know if anything needs to addressed (recommended) we can get them addressed. After 2 hours they came back with direct bill and when asked for what about stuff I asked they say you need to book early appointment and schedule a new appointment which doesn’t make sense. Avoid this place

    My likes were that Reggie was persistent and made the interaction from start to finish as pleasant as possible. I came in reserved but left better than I came. Reggie looked at me when I said I usually spent a whole day at the dealer like yea not today. Lol, he wasn’t ready for the type of customer I was. Nevertheless, we both got what we wanted. The only dislike was when I sat with the finance guy, customer is always right no matter what. He said something that although he felt like he was doing his job the energy of the world could’ve taken what he said and I would’ve been affected by it. Reggie’s manager Jason was also pleasant through this transaction as well.
