Down to earth
by Niecy on 06/04/2023At first, upon entering the dealership for the first time, I was little annoyed b/c there was no parking in the lot and outside the lot (probably my biggest issue).. and I was late for my appointment.. after finally finding a place we went… inside and I was carrying the annoyance with me & I said to myself “if anyone comes to me pressuring me to buy any random car, sounding salesy I’m leaving” BUT Norberto was the complete opposite, he wasn’t flashy in his appearance; he was very polite, very engaging, he answered all my questions and he did not rush me when looking at car options. And I honestly believe that he tried his best to get me the best deal, although my credit was not the best; my monthly payments came out to the exact number I wanted. Worst Service Ever
by Fabricio Rocha on 05/03/2023Worst service ever experienced. Total lack of respect with customer. My car arrived for service in a Thursday and they said it would be ready on Monday . In summary , they kept postponing every week and my car stayed there for almost 30… days . When you call, they mostly will not answer . Horrible service
by AR on 02/21/2023I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Their service department is deplorable. My 2023 Palisade needed relatively simple repairs and a detail after being stolen. For 6 weeks I had to call daily after being promised for weeks that it “would… be done in a day or two.” When I finally got the car back- the repair to the roof control panels looked terrible. The fabric of the roof was sticking out from the sides of the panels. There was grease and grime all over the fabric from where they touched to do the repairs. I don’t understand how you give someone back their brand new car after a month and half in that condition. When I brought the car back to have them fix their mistakes this morning it was promised back to me in the same day but I guess I should’ve known that would also be a lie. So here I am CAR-LESS after almost 2 months of dealing with their incompetence. Do yourself a favor and take it to another dealer or literally any other hole in the wall bodyshop would be better than this place.Definitely would recommend

Another location wouldn’t even take my car since Bloomfield lied saying the work was already done and paid for by hyundai when they… never fixed any issues. I still have water leaking and moisture in my car that my dash is all foggy they did a wheel alignment and did that wrong that my car is pulling to the right. They have no idea what they are doing and now I have to keep going back and forth with corporate to try and get it fixed since they lied saying the warranty work was done alreadyAxel rocks!

Everyone was polite professional and friendly particularly Cedric.… Also my car is a 2010. No one tried to upsell me on a new one. I appreciate that.Mediocre service

Mind you we specifically asked about it when we booked the service… appointment. Well time to find yet another dealer. Hyundai is sucking balls on service.
