Lynnes is a NO NO

onI went to lynnes for a free 15000 mile check and was charged $179.98 for an engine air filter and a cabin air filter I have tried to speak with the manager but he seems be busy or not in the building when i called and never returned my calls I E Mailed 3 different people and have not not heard from anyone This is a NO NO NO dealership
