    Kris and the whole team at Team Nissan made the experience smooth and easy! Had to wait 2 weeks to p ick up the car. Car was ready to go when I got there !     I can't say enough about how excellent my experience at Team Nissan in Manchester was and if I could leave more than five stars I would. I was dreading the car shopping process but had to do it. My fiance and I stopped in just to look around. Ali greeted us and he was so helpful! There was no pressure, he just genuinely seemed glad to assist us in looking. After a test drive we went inside the dealership and met Jim and he was incredibly helpful and very transparent with all of the numbers, again without pressure, he just wanted to make sure we had all of the information we needed to make whatever decision we felt comfortable with and gave us plenty of space and time to talk things over. There was no haggling, pulling teeth, ripping my hair out frustration, just He also offered me more for my trade in than I expected which was amazing. Once I decided to go ahead with my purchase we worked with Jacob in the finance department and he was also great and explained everything so well. I got a great warranty and feel confident about the vehicle. It was ready to be picked up much more quickly than I expected (the very next day). When I struggled to find the Title to my trade-in Jim helped me tremendously once again. Ali took great care to ensure everything was in order and all I had to do was get into my purchased vehicle! I feel wonderful all around about doing business at Team Nissan and would recommend them to anyone shopping for a vehicle!

    Jared at Team Nissan was great. We went in after doing our own research and just undecided between the Rogue S and Rogue SV. He explained the differences in options, asking what was important to US in features. We decided on the Rogue SV, and got a fair value for our trade, a 2021 Sentra.

    I placed a bid on a user car that had just arrived at this dealership. My “special” offer was $1,000 ABOVE the price listed the very next day on every used car website. Fortunately, I went home to think about the counter offer this dealership made before I discovered the $1,000 discrepancy between my sales price and the advertised sales price. I’m a woman so I’m not sure if the slick salesman factored in my gender in trying to convince me that this dealership was offering me a “great” deal while intentionally trying to rip me off. Why car salesmen get a bad rap and why I will be considering CarMax, Vroom, and Carvanna that don’t involve dishonest negotiating middleman tactics.

    I went in because of a flyer I got in the mail from them and wanted to take my chances and see if I won a prize. Salesman was nice but wanted to see if I could get into a car, so I was like alright let’s try but I have a lot of negative equity so I really don’t think I can. He continued to grab info from me and then goes to check my car and all of that stuff. Comes back and goes to check to see if I can get into something and to my “surprise” I can’t. We then go to check to see if I won anything from that mail I got and as we are walking another salesman comes and says “our fault or their fault?” Really? I found that to be extremely rude and unprofessional in my case. If you are going to speak about a customer like that wait until they are gone, not when they are right there. Also salesman took forever to give me my keys back and when I finally got them back and walked to my car, he had left my car on and unlocked. Overall a terrible experience.
