Tire replacement
by KevinMa on 03/18/2024The Nissan team is always polite, professional, and timely. Yet, I have an issue. I just replaced tires for $600. The replacement isn’t the issue. My Nissan has 26,000 miles. I can assure you I’m not driving like an 18 yr old. I drive 9… miles back and forth to work. I’m actually 5000 miles under my lease agreement. A good set of tires easily lasts 45-55,000 miles with good driving habits. I’m at half of that total. Those are either really bad tires, or I’m lying about my driving habits. I was offered a new rental, but I’m positive my monthly payments would increase from $406/mo to over $500. Plus, first month down, registration, maybe? Insurance bump. At this time, I’m not in the mood for these changes. I just think tires with normal driving should be lasting well past 26,000 miles.Nissan 2024 Frontier purchase

Loved my experience at Team Nissan!!
by KathrynG on 11/22/2023I can't say enough about how excellent my experience at Team Nissan in Manchester was and if I could leave more than five stars I would. I was dreading the car shopping process but had to do it. My fiance and I stopped in just to look… around. Ali greeted us and he was so helpful! There was no pressure, he just genuinely seemed glad to assist us in looking. After a test drive we went inside the dealership and met Jim and he was incredibly helpful and very transparent with all of the numbers, again without pressure, he just wanted to make sure we had all of the information we needed to make whatever decision we felt comfortable with and gave us plenty of space and time to talk things over. There was no haggling, pulling teeth, ripping my hair out frustration, just He also offered me more for my trade in than I expected which was amazing. Once I decided to go ahead with my purchase we worked with Jacob in the finance department and he was also great and explained everything so well. I got a great warranty and feel confident about the vehicle. It was ready to be picked up much more quickly than I expected (the very next day). When I struggled to find the Title to my trade-in Jim helped me tremendously once again. Ali took great care to ensure everything was in order and all I had to do was get into my purchased vehicle! Not that my experience was unpleasant necessarily but I did not like using the… Lyft service. No accountability for who is picking you up or dropping you off in my opinion.Rand

NEW NISSAN DRIVER
by Ben Beato on 08/25/2023Recently purchased a Nissan Rogue and all went fine for the first week. Then out of the blue one morning as i heading out to work l, the Rogue would not start, no power. I had to jump it to start the engine. Once engine waa running, then… stalled completely in the middle of the road as I was getting out my driveway. Despite engine running, It would not accelarate forward or backward, giving all kinds of warnings on the board, including the emergency break to park. To make the story short, after disengaging the emergency park break continously, it would still not move in any direction or accelarate. I called Nissan for assistance, as a new buyer i included all service work and road assistance. To my surprise the experience was so poor and they actually had me call their towing sevice directly to move my Rogue. They didn't even bother to help troubleshoot the issue instead insisting I had to bring it in. Then they would determine what was covered or not in my service agreement with them once they know what was wrong with the Rogue. They acted as it I wasn't even in their system,l as I had to repeat several times that I got this Rogue out of the dealer just a week or so ago. As I'm waiting for the towing truck, it occured to me to reset settings on the board to factory reset and that cleared the warnings, allowing the Rogue to take the shift gears and move again. In the end, i drove the Rogue to the dealership myself. they still do not know why it wouldn't move or the reason showing all this warning after the jump start. They said the battery was faulty and had to be replaced. Seriously on a vehicle just purchased a week or so ago?. I'm so disappointed with what should've been a smooth service experience as a new customer. I was super late for work and on top of it not a even a rental was suggested so I can go to work that day. Instead they made me wait in the lobby while they check the vehicle. I asked my sister to pick me up and drive me back home so that I can at least attend an conference call for work that day😒Hi Ben, we regret to hear that your experience with us was not a more positive one.
