  • There is no better auto customer service anywhere

    I brought my F-150 in for service on June 12th. Because of a delay in getting parts for the repair, no fault of Ford of Londonderry, my rental went beyond the allotted per incident time. Ford of Londonderry intervened with the insurance company to extend my rental until the repairs were completed. I realized I also needed a new windshield and they said they would also work with my insurance company to get that done also. Finally, when all the repairs were completed they performed an oil change, 70,000 mile maintenance and did a beautiful job detailing the truck inside and out. I dreaded the hassle of being the go between with the insurance company and Ford of Londonderry so their help was invaluable. I am a customer for both my future vehicles and service for life.

    I have been using ford of Londonderry for years and i was very satisfied with their service. BUT, for the last couple of visits i wasn't completely satisfied and disappointed for their technicians.negligence in keeping my Interior and Exterior car clean after service, Once, they left all old glue residue and some old pieces left from the inspection sticker around the new inspection sticker. And especially the last couple of weeks for the second time, when I had my oil change, and tire rotation at ford of Londonderry.location. I have white color interior frames and seats, their technician left all his greasy fingers and arm prints on my seats, arm rest, and the upper left edge of my my white interior corner near where they stick their next oil change sticker and around that sticker all greasy, on my passenger seat and interior door. i was very upset, because i always keep my car clean and take pride of that, to the point i got lots of compliments how my car how always look clean.and beautiful. They did apologize and tried to clean it , but still lots of oil residue on passenger seat and upper left corner near the sticker, i will go back and see if they clean it again, or see if they will give me their cleaning solution and i clean it on my own way.

    I have been a faithful customer for nearly ten years. After spending over $1000 for Air conditioning repair that lasted mere months, I was not happy with the idea that ‘something else’ is now wrong with it that would cost an additional $2000. I am taking my business elsewhere. It’s too bad. I always had my service done there.

    Car suffered from the classic dual clutch transmission shifting issues that has unfortunately followed this vehicle which otherwise is marvelous. Ford of Londonderry service took the time to listen to me describe the problems, investigated and confirmed, provided me a temporary vehicle, and repaired the transmission and performed numerous other vehicle checks. it shifts perfectly now amazing difference. While it's still early on the repair, the service experience was exceptional and outstanding - excellent dealership.

  • Conflicting information within Service Department

    I have a 2017 Leased this year, Ford F150, leased from Ford of Londonderry, I also paid 895.00 for wearcare insurance on my leased vehicle. I took the truck Tuesday for an oil change, while I was there I inquired about my antenna is coming apart,(shredding) Marybeth of the Service Department inspected the antenna and agreed it needs to be changed. She stated, its very distracting with the wires flying around and she only moved the truck in the parking lot. I asked her how much would that be and she said, there is "no charge for antenna or installation" she said the antenna would be in the next day. I asked if I needed an appointment to have antenna changed. She said no, just come in anytime and they would put the new antenna on. So today I drive back to Londonderry Ford to have new antenna put on. Now today I am told I have to pay for antenna and pay for installation if I want it put on or I could pay for the antenna and install it myself. So why was I told differently on Tuesday? Is that what the parts department does. One service person tells you its covered 100% then the next service person 3 days later tells you no its not covered. Shouldn't they all know what's covered and what's not? Conflicting information is very frustrating!

    I've had two bad experiences with my vehicle within the last 6 months of purchase first experience I had I had a rear end leak I called and spoke with someone named Jay at Ford of Londonderry in Londonderry New Hampshire I scheduled an appointment with him a week out I dropped it off the night before I asked him to call me when they found out what was going on and when it was going to be ready I called him the next day at 12 o'clock just to get an update he had not had any answers for me he told me that they haven't done any work I asked him if it was going to be done by the end of the day so I could pick it up to have it back for work the next day he said he wasn't really sure and he doesn't know if they have the parts that they're going to need in stock I said could you please call me back by the end of the day to let me know so I can try to make arrangements he said he would . He never called me back I called him at 2:30 the next day he tells me it's all set they just finished you can come in and pick it up I said okay Hey listen man I'm not so happy about you not calling me back next thing I know he was already off the phone he put me on hold without even asking so he didn't hear a word I said he had picked the phone back up and says yep it's all set to go and just to let you know we took care of a recall for your van I said you took care of work without even asking me if it was okay to do he said well you you needed to have it done it could have cost you big problems in the future I said I don't like that you should have called me and told me you were doing more work to my vehicle I brought it in for one specific thing he said well it really needed to be done. I was kind of frustrated so I said alright I'll be there soon to pick it up I show up to pick it up I asked for Jay when I got there and I get somebody else that's dealing with me now told him the story he says I'm really sorry really J is good guy and I'm surprised he didn't call you back I said well I didn't even get a courtesy call of any kind it is wicked unprofessional he said I'm really sorry but it needed to be done it could have caused you problems in the future after about 10 minutes of him explaining to me what could have gone wrong he says would you like a free oil change for your trouble I said no thank you I'll just take my keys and be on my way the receptionist gave me the keys I asked her to tell me where my van is parked because I didn't see it in the parking lot she said oh I'm not really sure usually we park it in the aisle right out front just walk out there and start pushing your button to listen for the beep on your key fob you'll find it that way. The next visit was not much better I had a tail light turn on after a rainstorm it stayed lit with or without the key in the ignition with or without the headlights on or off I jiggled the brake pedal I check the wires around the tail light I called the place and said hey I'm having a problem with my tail light I need it fixed I told him told him my tail lights been on for about 14 hours now I can't figure out what's going on I took the light bulb out to check for corrosion and to see if the wire was melting I did not see anything wrong I think it might be the trailer hitch that you guys had had installed for me he says bring it in and we'll take a look so I bring it in I go inside I asked for J and some guy named Dave says I'll help you I said okay Dave I'm going to deal with you from now on he says you got it I said is my van going to be ready today he said yep shouldn't be a problem I leave I get a call back at 12:30 Vans all set you can come in and pick it up we checked the factory harness as we couldn't find anything wrong with it at this point the taillight had shut off before I dropped it off I figure the wires must have dried up but he continues to tell me we think it might be the wiring harness for the trailer hitch you should bring it to the trailer hitch place I said that shouldn't be my responsibility because I had you guys install it and he goes okay well let me talk to my Finance manager I'll have more details when you come in so I show up and he says the finance manager said just head on down next time it happens head on down to the trailer hitch place they have a good relationship and we'll see what they can do so they passed me off to somebody else they didn't fix the electrical problem that I have it was only there for 3 hours now next time it happens I don't know if I'm going to get some kind of short in my electrical system I don't know if I'll get a fire from it or if it just drains the battery who knows as far as I'm concerned there's service department sucks their customer service sucks I'm extremely unhappy

    Quick and efficient, always a cheerful staff and updated waiting area. Work is performed quickly and if there is a problem the head service techs are always there to keep you updated with plenty of options. They just redid this dealer showroom and service area about a year ago, it makes things run smoothly.

    DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE. I brought my Acura there for inspection and they told me I needed new front pads then failed me. Then the Advisor told me I have 30 days to get them fixed. A week later I got a ticket for operating a vehicle with a safety issue and ultimately had to pay a fine. I brought my car to another garage and they told me my pads were fine and it passed inspection. They said that it wasn't possible to get a proper reading on the pads with out taking the wheel off. Ford of Londonderry definitely did not take my wheel off because I did not have the rim lock key in the car or with me at all. I would not recommend Ford of Londonderry NH to anyone.

    I recently came into Ford of Londonderry for an Oil Change and Rotating of the tires. I typically do not write reviews but I felt compelled as this dealership went above and beyond. Not only did they do the Oil Change and Rotation of the Tires but they also cleaned my car for me. That was awesome!!! I also found out they have a female tech!!! How cool is that. I highly recommend Ford of Londonderry! Check them out
