I brought my F-150 in for service on June 12th. Because of a delay in getting parts for the repair, no fault of Ford of Londonderry, my rental went beyond the allotted per incident time. Ford of Londonderry intervened with the insurance company to extend my rental until the repairs were completed. I realized I also needed a new windshield and they said they would also work with my insurance company to get that done also. Finally, when all the repairs were completed they performed an oil change, 70,000 mile maintenance and did a beautiful job detailing the truck inside and out. I dreaded the hassle of being the go between with the insurance company and Ford of Londonderry so their help was invaluable. I am a customer for both my future vehicles and service for life.
