I came in knowing what I wanted to do and the 2 of them made it pretty simple to do so.… They were both fantastic to work with. Roger did the final paperwork and he was also quick and knowledgeable. My family & I always go to Ford of Londonderry for our vehicles. This is due to the people that work there, like John, Raul, & Roger...Financing Agent
by Carmine on 06/21/2018I delt with Roger, the financing agent, and would like to coment on my dealings. NOT VERY HAPPY! He gave me a 7.5% rate for my loan and just refinanced to get less than 5% with a credit score of over 800. He then charged me $895.00 for gap… insurance and I am now getting it for $400.00. He then charged me $395.00 for administration fees when it should be an average of $250.00 every where else, and a $27.00 tile fee I am now paying $25.00 for. I left messages many times for him to contact me which he gave the excuse "his answering service was not working and he was very busy." I needed a 10 day pay off letter and the gap insurance to be removed from the laon so I may refi with my other company. STILL NOE RESPOSE. Londonderry Ford you deal with him because I am not! He does need a revue on what customer service means and how to talk with customers. A VERY UNHAPPY SITUATION with dealing with RogerSales

There was never a "hard sale" issue and everyone that interacted with me, connected positively to me. They didn't make 5 or 6 different… calls to me like AutoFair Ford. The folks at Ford of Londonderry respected my time and gave me room to make a decision. No "hard sell", just friendly people. They took the time to listen to me, do research, and communicate to me. BETTER THAN ALL THE REST!Amazing people
by Jody on 02/14/2018Mr.Lee Turner was my salesman. He is amazing! I’ve purchased three vehicles from him. He gives you an honest answer no BS. I’ve asked about other car options and he was honest and advised me which I should do. Not just sell me a car because… he has too, like other dealers. He checks us on you all the time to see if you need anything. Calls on special holidays to say hi. What other salesman does that? He and the dealership makes sure you are satisfied. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a car. Thank you! We love our new FusionDeveau

by Jasonw on 01/04/2018So I went online on a Sunday morning after doing a drive by of the dealership...I then found the truck I was interested in and wanted more info on so I went over a request this was at 7am before the dealership opened..by 1030 terry from… internet sales had contacted me and we chatted about what I was interested in and what I was looking to do..she then told me she would be in touch within the hour with info...within a half hour she had all the info I needed to make a decision..the dealership was going to be closed that Monday due to the holiday so she told me she would be in touch on Tuesday morning first thing...Tuesday morning cane and sure enough soon as she arrived she was in touch with me and getting things in order..she needed some info from me in which I sent right over through email due to me being at work...by 1ock that afternoon she had everything done and ready for pickup...she then told me once I arrived to contact John he would finish the sale...I arrived at the dealership at 4ock that evening...I then met John and asked to take a test drive he was with another customer so he gave me the keys showed me a few things and sent me on my way..after coming back from ge test drive I walked in and instantly greeted by John and terry asking how I liked the truck..I told them I was ready to buy...they brought me into the fianance office and within a half hour everything was signed and done..all numbers were exactly where terry and John told me they would be no questions asked...John then went over the truck with me and set me all up with my ford account and sync account..it couldn’t have been a more stress free easy going buying experience..just wanted to say thank you for everything and I will be buying more and recommending everyone to Londonderry fordAwesome Sales Experience

Tim Finnegan was our sales advisor and he did a great job explaining every feature, updated us on a few different models, etc. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and did not… pressure us into buying. We liked the car (Ford Edge) and Tim so much we purchased one that day without looking elsewhere. Super easy and pleasant experience and everyone was very helpful and nice. Chuck in Finance immediately got us 0% financing and we brought our car home yesterday. Everything was wonderful. Thanks, Tim and Chuck, we will return again.Second purchase from Ford of Londonderry - highly recommended
