Ford of Londonderry

So I went online on a Sunday morning after doing a drive by of the dealership...I then found the truck I was interested in and wanted more info on so I went over a request this was at 7am before the dealership opened..by 1030 terry from internet sales had contacted me and we chatted about what I was interested in and what I was looking to do..she then told me she would be in touch within the hour with info...within a half hour she had all the info I needed to make a decision..the dealership was going to be closed that Monday due to the holiday so she told me she would be in touch on Tuesday morning first thing...Tuesday morning cane and sure enough soon as she arrived she was in touch with me and getting things in order..she needed some info from me in which I sent right over through email due to me being at work...by 1ock that afternoon she had everything done and ready for pickup...she then told me once I arrived to contact John he would finish the sale...I arrived at the dealership at 4ock that evening...I then met John and asked to take a test drive he was with another customer so he gave me the keys showed me a few things and sent me on my way..after coming back from ge test drive I walked in and instantly greeted by John and terry asking how I liked the truck..I told them I was ready to buy...they brought me into the fianance office and within a half hour everything was signed and done..all numbers were exactly where terry and John told me they would be no questions asked...John then went over the truck with me and set me all up with my ford account and sync account..it couldn’t have been a more stress free easy going buying experience..just wanted to say thank you for everything and I will be buying more and recommending everyone to Londonderry ford
