Part of the reason for my appointment was for an oil change. It actually was too soon for the oil change and I was told it was not necessary at this time but I was given the option to go ahead with it if I wanted. I chose to wait which made me happy. Saved some money. I had a slow leak in one tire. The cause turned out to be a puncture in the tire and was not repairable plus the tread was worn enough so that it required that both front tires be replaced. I was given information on what needed to be done and the cost for the service.before anything was done. I was not pressured into having the service performed. I found the cost and everything to be reasonable and had the tires replaced. The work was done in the estimated time. I was treated with courtesy, respect and kindness.
