by Billy Q on 09/13/2024updated 09/20/2024Please respect yourself and go anywhere else. This place has awful business practices and are dishonest to boot. There are good car dealers in the world juts not this one. Sales and service have been sooo awful never going back.

He is very professional, helpful and extremely kind. As I come from out of state, he ensured all… paper work is done over the phone and provided me with the best car buying experience. There was no pressure to buy any add-ons or warranties and you just pay the price of the car. Amidst his busy schedule, Tom took time to explain all features of the car. I’d recommend anyone to call Tom if you are planning to buy from Irwin HyundaiGo anywhere else
by Ruth on 11/06/2020I will start by saying the service department is amazing at Irwin Hyundai. The sales office on the other hand is awful and will lie to get you in the door. i was quoted when i first went to them 3 years ago a monthly rate $100 below what… they told me once I got into their show room. I had already sold my other car and by then trapped into getting a car then. I stupidly decided to give them another chance because I thought since I was already a client this time would be easier. I was absolutely wrong. Not only have I now been traded between 4 different sales people but they have repeatedly run my credit report and every time you run someone's credit report it drops your credit rating. They are now saying my credit score is too low. They have dropped my score now 35 points with their continual pulling. I am now looking into other Hyundai dealers and may just finance to buy my car with Hyundai directly. Grappone Auto has wonderful service and I would recommend reaching out to them.Best car buying experience ever!

Made an appointment online and met with Dana he showed us a couple of options then gave us some pricing including a very fair offer for our trade in. Absolutely no pressure. We took the info home and called… him a couple of days later and made our offer. Called us within 15 minutes and the deal was done. Pick up was easy and even Jess in finance was great; offered us different options for extra maintenance but did not pressure us at all; we passed on the extras. Out in a 1/2 hour with our new car. Thank you Irwin Huyndai.Treated like family
by frankie on 05/02/2019Bought an SUV from Irwin Hyundai from salesman Erik Faro. Got a very fare deal and was treated like family. One of the drivers seat electric buttons didn’t work I found after arriving home. Living 3 hours from the dealership I called Erik… and asked what could be done? Erik worked a deal with the service manager that I could take it to a home town garage and paid 100% of the cost even though my warrantee was 50% parts and 50% labor. Thank you Erik and IrwinExcellent experience - great dealer!
by ChuckNH on 04/18/2018The dreaded "car search" is usually a scary prospect for me, with plenty of bad experiences in the past. However, I can't say enough for the entire staff at Irwin Hyundai! Contact via internet went well, and then dealing with Mike, Adam,… James and other staff was comfortable and non-pressured. With so much comparison shopping available today, I did look around to compare prices, and would encourage anyone to do the same - but was very impressed with how competitive Irwin's pricing is. The bottom line wasn't even close, including the dealer in Manchester who'll "match any offer". Not to be critical, but that just wasn't true in our case. What really impressed me, when all was said and done, was that the Irwin staff made sure that I knew of all existing special offers through Hyundai. That also made a difference in the end cost of our vehicle. This kind of experience will bring me back there as a repeat customer - with many car dealers there's an angle - sure it's a tough business - but in this case I didn't feel like just another customer to "sell". That's a rare experience these days, in my opinion, and we wanted to share this good experience.Great experience!

Wanted comfort and luxury and found both in the 2017 Sonata 2.0T Limited. Once we… decided on this particular vehicle, we shopped several Hyundai dealers in VT, NH and MA and Irwin Hyundai offered the best price and trade in value for my Tahoe. I live in VT but traveled to Laconia, NH to purchase my new Sonata. Couldn't be happier with my car and the service from Steve, Scott and crew at Irwin Hyundai was superior to any of the other Hyundai dealers we visited. Will definately recommend to my friends. Again the experience was above my expectations, Adham Darwish listened to and answered all my questions,… explaining all my options, as we discussed the inventory the dealership had on site that meet my requirements. I never felt any pressure to buy and the price I was offered for my trade in I felt was fear. Once I made the decision to purchase, Adham made the process go smoothly, answering questions and explaining the operation of the systems associated with the new vehicle, sometimes repeatedly. On December 23 I purchased my vehicle and Steve Dudley was absolutely amazing. He worked very hard to find me the right vehicle and made the… entire process very quick and easy. Scott Chavanelle the finance manager was also very helpful and polite and I never once felt pushed into buying anything. This has to be the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had and I just want to thank these two guys for making it as easy as they did and always with a smile.Amazing!!!
by Sphinxy8130 on 10/10/2015We went in to trade our 2013 Hyundai Elantra for an SUV. Right away Steve Dudley was there to help. He looked through the inventory and found exactly what we were looking for. We had negative equity on our car meaning that we owed more on… the loan than our car was worth. We knew that we would have to roll the remainder of our loan onto the new loan. Steve didn't beat around the bush he told us right away that the numbers may not come back the way we would like, but he was happy to crunch the numbers for us and see what he could offer. We turned down the first offer that he came back with and told him that it was nothing against him we just couldn't swing it. We thought that was it and we weren't going to get the SUV. He immediately went back and had them crunch some more numbers and came back with an offer that we couldn't refuse! He got us more money for our trade and was able to keep our monthly payment close to what we were already paying on our current car. He was great to work with! He wanted to make sure that we would be happy and he wanted to make sure we walked out with the car we wanted!Painless car buying with great service

I got my first car and from watching my parents get cars and my brother, they always say it's awful and the don't look forward to it. But leaving irwins I… had a car that was exactly what I was looking for and a good price. He gave us the options we wanted and really worked with us. by hog2030 on 06/29/2015I would like to thank Joe Collie and the rest of the sales team at Irwin Automotive for my recent purchase/sale experience. I found a used truck on eBay, it was exactly what I wanted, but it was almost 4 hours drive to pick it… up. I contacted the seller and found Joe at Irwins on the other line. We were able to negotiate a deal sweet enough to make my trip worthwhile. My wife and I headed to Laconia in my Dads car. His car was going up on eBay the next week so we figured we would make use of it before hand. While filling out the paperwork for our purchase, my wife pointed out a sign that read We buy cars even if you dont buy from us. I asked Joe to give me a price on the car we brought with us, perhaps we can drive home in the same car. I was surprised when he came back with our targeted price in the first shot. We took the long way home together in our new/used truck. We saved ourselves the work, risk and stress of selling online. Again.. Thank You Joe and the Irwin team for this experience.great experience
