I went in knowing which used car I wanted and Ashley was a huge help in making it happen that day and making me feel informed throughout the process, as it was my first non-craigslist experience and as I drove quite the distance.

by Steve Loughlin on 11/12/2020I just wanted to compliment Bob Cote of Irwin Hyundai for his excellent customer service. Last week, while driving into the entrance of a local park, I inadvertently bottomed out my car. It was very dark so I did not see a large rut and… large obstacle protruding from the ground. I was quite upset anticipating I might have seriously damaged my vehicle. The next day, I called Bob Cote in the service department of Irwin Hyundai. Bob told me to bring the car in at my convenience and he would check it out. That afternoon, I brought my car in to Irwin Hyundai and Bob put it up on the lift and inspected it for damage. He then showed me some minor dents on the bottom of the car that were not serious to the operation of the vehicle. Bob put my mind at ease with the outcome of his inspection. I then asked Bob how much I owed for the service and he said nothing. He also refused to take a tip for his service. His prime objective was to make me happy and he did. I am happy to report, I have always received quality service from Irwin Hyundai and at a very reasonable price. I also appreciate the friendly treatment I always get from Bob Cote, Steve Barber and Kaylynn Brown whenever I do business with the Service Department at Irwin Hyundai.Go anywhere else

The sales office on the other hand is awful and will lie to get you in the door. i was quoted when i first went to them 3 years ago a monthly rate $100 below what… they told me once I got into their show room. I had already sold my other car and by then trapped into getting a car then. I stupidly decided to give them another chance because I thought since I was already a client this time would be easier. I was absolutely wrong. Not only have I now been traded between 4 different sales people but they have repeatedly run my credit report and every time you run someone's credit report it drops your credit rating. They are now saying my credit score is too low. They have dropped my score now 35 points with their continual pulling. I am now looking into other Hyundai dealers and may just finance to buy my car with Hyundai directly. Grappone Auto has wonderful service and I would recommend reaching out to them.Great Service

I received a manufacturers recall and due to a mix up missed my scheduled appoint.net. I spoke with Kalyn and she was… very understanding and got me in the day I called. I got there early, she got me in early, The work was performed and completed early. I got home early! I have never experienced that kind of service from any dealer! (I purchased the car from a local dealer who went out of business so Irwin Hyundai was the closest Hyundai dealer). It's about an hour and a half from my home, but it is still by far the best service I've ever experienced. Kaylynn Brown was friendly, understanding and considerate throughout the whole process! Upon arrival, we were greeted by Bob Cote and treated like longtime customers. Work was completed in a timely manner… and we were on our way. Bob, as well as other associates treated us like we, and our time, were important. Bob even walked outside as we were leaving, to thank us again for our business. Joe Collie, who sold me the car years ago stopped what he was doing to ask about my family. Bob Cote and… Kaylynn, in service, are a great team! Friendly, efficient and thorough. My work was done by Chris, a very qualified mechanic who takes the time to explain and show me any work that needs to be performed. He is excellent. Our Santa Fe experienced internal engine failure while traveling. Our car was towed to Irwin on Thursday and by Friday Bob and… Steve had gotten approval from Hyundai to replace the engine. What a relief. We got a call the following Wednesday saying our car was good as new and ready to be picked up. The car runs like a top. Thank you to everyone at Irwin's Hyundai Service Department for making us feel valued as customers and consumers and for making us feel safe on the road. Oh, and they gave a us a loaner car to boot.Regular Maintenance
