I went in knowing which used car I wanted and Ashley was a huge help in making it happen that day and making me feel informed throughout the process, as it was my first non-craigslist experience and as I drove quite the distance.

Again the experience was above my expectations, Adham Darwish listened to and answered all my questions,… explaining all my options, as we discussed the inventory the dealership had on site that meet my requirements. I never felt any pressure to buy and the price I was offered for my trade in I felt was fear. Once I made the decision to purchase, Adham made the process go smoothly, answering questions and explaining the operation of the systems associated with the new vehicle, sometimes repeatedly. I am looking forward to a long relationship with this fine dealership.Steve Dudley

On December 23 I purchased my vehicle and Steve Dudley was absolutely amazing. He worked very hard to find me the right vehicle and made the… entire process very quick and easy. Scott Chavanelle the finance manager was also very helpful and polite and I never once felt pushed into buying anything. This has to be the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had and I just want to thank these two guys for making it as easy as they did and always with a smile.Irwins Hyundai Service Outstanding

That status applied when it was my turn as well. What normallyis a mundane chore was actually very… pleasant and didn't involve any hassle on my part.Amazing!!!
by Sphinxy8130 on 10/10/2015We went in to trade our 2013 Hyundai Elantra for an SUV. Right away Steve Dudley was there to help. He looked through the inventory and found exactly what we were looking for. We had negative equity on our car meaning that we owed more on… the loan than our car was worth. We knew that we would have to roll the remainder of our loan onto the new loan. Steve didn't beat around the bush he told us right away that the numbers may not come back the way we would like, but he was happy to crunch the numbers for us and see what he could offer. We turned down the first offer that he came back with and told him that it was nothing against him we just couldn't swing it. We thought that was it and we weren't going to get the SUV. He immediately went back and had them crunch some more numbers and came back with an offer that we couldn't refuse! He got us more money for our trade and was able to keep our monthly payment close to what we were already paying on our current car. He was great to work with! He wanted to make sure that we would be happy and he wanted to make sure we walked out with the car we wanted!Hyundai Repair - Thumbs UP!

Everyone knows the dealership is more expensive however the service advisor Dennis Ackley not only beat everyone's price but even found an additional coupon that… applied. Dennis got the car in the very next day and it was ready on time. If you need to beat prices on repair don't rule out the dealership, and for exceptional service advisement contact Dennis Ackley. I got my first car and from watching my parents get cars and my brother, they always say it's awful and the don't look forward to it. But leaving irwins I… had a car that was exactly what I was looking for and a good price. He gave us the options we wanted and really worked with us. by hog2030 on 06/29/2015I would like to thank Joe Collie and the rest of the sales team at Irwin Automotive for my recent purchase/sale experience. I found a used truck on eBay, it was exactly what I wanted, but it was almost 4 hours’ drive to pick it… up. I contacted the seller and found Joe at Irwin’s on the other line. We were able to negotiate a deal sweet enough to make my trip worthwhile. My wife and I headed to Laconia in my Dads car. His car was going up on eBay the next week so we figured we would make use of it before hand. While filling out the paperwork for our purchase, my wife pointed out a sign that read “We buy cars even if you don’t buy from us”. I asked Joe to give me a price on the car we brought with us, perhaps we can drive home in the same car. I was surprised when he came back with our targeted price in the first shot. We took the long way home together in our new/used truck. We saved ourselves the work, risk and stress of selling online. Again.. Thank You Joe and the Irwin team for this experience.great experience

by lsp3 on 03/26/2015I purchased a used car from Adham at the Irwin Zone a few days ago and traded in a vehicle. I was only offered $400 for my trade in and was told that it's because it was old, in bad shape, check engine light on and had over 200,000 miles.… I finally got them to allow me $1,400 for the trade in after I told them other dealerships had offered me more. Much to my dismay I see that they now have my car listed for Retail Value of $3,950 on the website and their sale price is $2,500. I find it very dishonest that they were telling me my car was only worth $400 and yet less than 5 days later it's now worth $2,500. This will be my first and last car I purchase from this dealership. I understand everyone is out to make a buck however that is down right deceptive in my opinion!Fantastic Customer Service

by Emmlehh16 on 03/07/2015I stopped into Irwin Hyundai to look around and test drive some vehicles. Mike D came right out and asked how I was doing and if I needed and help. I told him I had been searching for a new car and wanted to test drive but to not be pushed… as the other dealers I had spoke to before were very pushy on selling me a car. He said no problem and we went straight for a test drive. I loved the car!!! But I just graduated college and I wasn't sure what my options would be so I sat down and talked to him and filled out a credit app but didn't want him to run it through the bank till I was sure I was ready. He took it and had the finance guy Scott look it over and said I should have no problem but to call him when and if I was ready to move forward. No pushing and no catches. Mike was super personal and didn't just care that I was there to buy a car, he seemed as though he truly wanted to help me get the best deal. I went home and called him that night because I felt I could trust him and he said he'd call me the next day with my options. He got me an amazing deal with no Cosigner and a great interest rate, even no $$ down! I went in that night and signed the papers! Now I'm driving the car of my dreams :) I would go back any day! Great service, and great personality! Really felt like he helped me out as much as he could without me feeling like he needed the sale.Happy with my purchase!

From there, Kevin was a huge help. He stayed late so that I could… take a test drive and start my paperwork, understanding that I drove an hour and a half to get there. He was very low-pressure right from the beginning and honestly answered all my questions. Kevin continued to be a good sport even after I barraged him with emails the following day and requested a higher trade in value. When I returned to purchase my Sante Fe everything was ready to go and the paperwork matched up perfectly with what we had discussed. Kevin and Scott had me in and out in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Irwin Hyundai. Thank you again for a great experience!
