by DianneandPhil on 02/24/2016When my husband and I first visited Subaru of Keene, it was only to pick up a brochure and check out the showroom. We were greeted by Mike Wright. He was friendly, easygoing and kind. The type of person who has the ability to instantly put… you at ease. We were new to Subaru and had a lot of questions. Mike was very knowledgeable and patient. He knew we wouldn't be buying a car that first day and he never tried to push us into doing that. The showroom was nice. There are no hyper salespeople and no noisy horns blowing and bells ringing every time a sale is made. What a concept, a peaceful showroom where you can actually take your time and think about purchasing a new car. It's quite extraordinary and something rarely experienced at car dealerships. We took a while to think about our decision before we returned to see Mike and have him locate our car. Everyone we've had the pleasure of meeting at Subaru of Keene has gone above and beyond our expectations. They're all super nice people and they go out of their way to make you happy. We whole heartedly recommend them if you're considering a new Subaru. We love our new Outback. Thank you Mike!Smooth Transaction
by amullins on 02/11/2016What I enjoy about this dealership is they don't have a high staff turnover. When I bought my car in 2013 Ken handled our sale. I looked on their website and saw that Ken was still there and contacted him (but I was happy to learn he was… promoted to one of the sales managers). I knew exactly what I wanted for a car, but I had questions about different options. Due to my work hours I did most of the deal by e-mail. Ken was quick with the replies and answered all of my questions. I wanted an auto dim mirror installed, rust proof coating and weather tech floor mats installed ahead of time (if you are considering getting these mats get them! They are awesome during mud season!). Ken arranged financing in advance for me, options for the car added and found the color I wanted within 2 days. When I arrived at the dealership my new car was all ready to go and it was just a matter of signing paperwork. Derek did a great job going over the new features of the crosstrek. Even going from a 2013 to 2016 they completely redid the seats and added a touch screen. Subaru is one of the few companies that offers a manual shift so I was pleased to get another manual shift with this crosstrek. The new crosstrek drives so smoothly! I drove over 1.5 hours to get to this dealership because of their exceptional customer service. There are 2 Subaru dealerships that are closer; however, I have heard many bad experiences from friends. This was our second purchase from Subaru of Keene and they treat repeat consumers very well.easy breezy brand new car

I was so impressed with the salesman, Derek Winchester, and the '16 Subaru line-up that I never left. There is nothing like honest,… informative, and humble salesmanship. I decided on a model and told Derek what features I was looking for. The moment one arrived on the lot he set it aside and notified me. Perfection. He walked me through the purchasing process with ease, went over every awesome feature and I couldn't be more pleased. I loved my last car for every single mile that I drove it and I intend to do the same with my Forester. Thanks Derek and Subaru of Keene!Great place to buy a car

Not only did I feel as though they were completely transparent and honest with… me, but I felt absolutely comfortable asking a million questions (and Derek, who helped me continuously throughout this process, was incredibly patient and helpful when I asked them), as well as taking my time to decide if this was the right option for me. After going through with my trade-in, and driving my new car off the lot, I feel absolutely no anxiety or buyers remorse at all. I can honestly say that this was the best experience in shopping for a car that I ever could have asked for.Happy Customer

Two hours later we drove off with a new car. Mike W., the sales representative, was both pleasant… and knowledgeable. As the buyers of 9 other Subarus over the last 30 years we are very familiar with the Subaru family of cars. We were treated with respect and our time was not wasted on nonsense. We will return when ready for our next vehicle and we would highly recommend this dealership to others.Very pleased

We came in several times to look at the car, each time greeted by Mike and always had a great experience, never feeling the pressure to buy. Mike took the extra time… to be there for vehicle delivery (2 days earlier than we planned) and go over all the features of the new Subaru.
