I recently purchased a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek Premium from the Subaru of Keene, New Hampshire, dealership. I initially called them in September to inquire about the delivery date for the 2017 models. I spoke to Kathy Kelley who promised to contact me when one is available for a test drive. She called in early November and we met a few days later. As I approached the Subaru facility, I noticed the neatness of the outside grounds and the impressive presentation of the showroom. Shortly after the test drive, Kathy and I met again and quickly agreed to terms. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the entire business transaction. Kathy's friendly, but laid back attitude was a welcome approach. Her knowledge of the vehicle was reassuring. She recommended several accessory options which I agreed to. Kathy's accessible to answer questions and helped guide me through the entire process; all traits comforting to a first time Subaru owner who previously owned a Toyota RAV4. My Crosstrek arrived in early December and am thoroughly pleased with my choice. of vehicle. It accelerates well, the interior workmanship is exceptional and cabin noise is non-existent.
