    I wasn’t even buying a truck when I got there just to look. They gave me such a great deal and took such good care of me that I couldn’t stop myself. And a month later I’m happy I made the choice to stop by there!

    Josh Langlois was awesome. He pulled out 3 extremely clean trucks. He was incredibly good at what he does. We showed up the next day w a pre-approval and was gone in 2.0 hrs. It was actually a nice experience...really!!! Thanks Foss!

    Great service it was a Friday night in snow a storm and the sales manager and salesman stayed late to assist me with no complaints,I highly recommend them for anybody looking to buy a new vehicle

    I had a really great experience with Josh S. at Foss. We were able to work out a very fair deal with a trade in, and the rest was seamless. I also really appreciate Josh and Co. masking up. They had masks and sanitizer available and people kept their distance. That to me was probably the biggest deal. Felt a lot safer. Cheers.

    I have purchased 4 vehicles now from Foss- and I can't say enough positive about the entire team. They are not the closest dealership to me, however I will continue to make the drive for every purchase and service I need!

    This is not the first time I've purchased a vehicle from Foss Motors and I will definitely continue to do business with them in the future. It starts at the top with Tim Foss, working with his father, Larry and from my salesman, Scott Tetanski, to the service & parts department, the car buying experience is finally a pleasure. I can't say enough about the personal attention and respect that you get when you're there. Well done Foss Motors.

    I found a truck advertised online, but it hadn't reached the dealer lot yet. I contacted Foss Motors and ended up speaking with Andy Boston. He informed me the truck was on its way to the lot, but was already sold. Andy searched for a similar truck and ended up finding exactly what I was looking for on another dealer's lot. After a little bit of work on Andy's end, some paperwork in between, I was driving off the lot in my new truck. I didn't spend more than an hour in total at the dealership. It was a smooth process and Andy was absolutely great to work with. Very responsive, helpful, and honest. I would definitely recommend Foss Motors. Thanks Andy!

With the Covid-19 and being at high risk when I contacted the dealer I talked to Olivia G., sales person, She was very understanding and when I showed up a test drive the RAM truckI wished to test drive it was ready when I arrived. She was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. During the purchase phase, Olivia G brought all the paper work to me so I didn't have to go in the building.

    I purchased a car from Foss 4 months ago and when I called to have it serviced under warranty for an issue they created, they told me they couldn't help me on the weekends. They also told me that it would be two weeks until they could even see me. It's amazing, you would think a dealership would do everything they could to try and get a customer to come back by have excellent service but clearly not Foss. I can say with absolute certainty I will never return to Foss for sales or service.

    This past February 2018, Foss Motors sent me a Presidents Day scratch off sales savings event flyer in the mail. I scratched off and shocker I won...spoiler alert...everybody wins. They make you think you won something as big as $20,000 grand prize so you'll come in to their small dealership. I stupidly fell for this trap and walked in like a seal in bloody waters surrounded by Great Whites. I was greeted by a salesman who immediately told me I had won something and that he'd get me over to the spin machine to see what my prize was but first he wanted to collect some information from me. I didn't think this was too out of the ordinary so I obliged. He asked for the basics; my name, my DOB, my address, my contact info, and then started asking about my occupation and salary and car interests. I thought this was a little odd but didn't think it was nefarious. He then says sign this line for me and we'll get you over to the spin board and see what you won. I signed the document thinking it was just a guest card and consenting to me being put on their mailing list. OH BOY was I wrong, this was a consent form for my credit to be run, only I wasn't told my credit was going to be run. I have a credit monitoring app and it notified me instantly that Foss Motors had done a hard pull of my credit which instantly dropped my credit 15 points, 15 POINTS! I am a recent college graduate who pays all his own bills and has worked hard to have a good credit and make my way in life and in one nefarious, deceitful move Foss Motors knocked that down some. I played dumb and asked the salesman if he ran my credit to which he replied, "Yeah, we did but it was just a soft pull" which it wasn't and then he said you signed the consent form. And I told him I wasn't made aware of what the consent form was, I was just asked to sign the form. I then told him I came in to the dealership to see what my prize was and that I wasn't all that interested in purchasing a car and I'd like my keys back and to stop appraising my car. He said and I quote "Well then why did you come in here and waste my time, I've been selling cars for over 20 years I don't need practice. Why'd you waste my time?" And I said just give me my keys I want to go home. A manager of some sorts came over and asked if I was okay, to which I replied, "No, I'd like my keys and I'd like to go home". This manager said well you seem upset and I told him I was because his salesman had run my credit without my consent and it dropped my credit 15 points. He didn't believe me that a "soft pull" could drop my credit 15 points but it did because it wasn't a soft pull. I got my keys and went home. A few hours later, Michael Maroules starts texting me from the dealership saying that he heard what happened and he was so sorry that ever happened and that the salesman would be dealt with. He begged me to come back in and that he'd make any deal with me to get me into the car I wanted for the price I wanted. He kept saying that, "I'll get you whatever car you want at the best price, I'll lose money on the car to make you happy" which he did not do (lose money). He said he'd get me the car at the buy rate and that he wouldn't make any commission because the dealership wouldn't get any profit. He told me he'd get me Deal X with so much down for Price X per month at APR X and none of those numbers came true. He had me sign off on a deal where the APR was multiple percentage points lower than what I received from the finance department, and the monthly payment ended up being almost $100 higher than what he and I agreed to. I am 23-years old and more naive than I'd like to admit and I got flat out played by Foss Motors. They saw a young kid by himself who they could take advantage of play like a fiddle. If only I could go back and just throw that stupid Presidents Day mailing away and walk away from the table before Foss took everything from me. I urge you to avoid Foss Motors, avoid them at all costs and go to another dealer, any other dealer. This is not how business should be conducted and I wish I had a lawyer who could help me retroactively go after Foss.
