The Banks dealership had very good reviews, so I decided to go there on Veterans Day to… see what my options were for trading in my Terrain, which was a lease. I was treated very well, and I didn't fee pressured to get a vehicle. Aric was awesome, and I felt very comfortable working with him in finding my Chevy Silverado which I absolutely love!!Hassle free buying

He was knowledgeable and understood what we were looking for since I had done some research ahead of time. We were there a total of about 3 hours and went home… with the vehicle we wanted. It was a good thing I had already cleaned out my car before we went there! There was no hassle working on the numbers we both needed to get to and no pressure to purchase anything additional. I would recommend Banks and especially Ryan to assist you with your purchase.Wonderful experience

From the first time we met with him we did not feel as though we were being scammed or taken advantage of as many people often feel… at car dealerships. He was honest and helpful in locating the vehicle that we wanted and made it all happen in a very timely manner. by TPellts on 11/04/2015I was looking for a new truck online because the dealers in my area did not have the inventory or the pricing that satisfied me. I found one on AutoTrader from Banks. They immediately responded to my email. Within two short phone calls, I… had an appointment set up and my credit approved (my credit is less than stellar and one other dealership denied a deal we had set up because of it). I drove three hours from Conn. to NH to negotiate a deal on the truck. My wife and I were greeted immediately and we were introduced to Seth. From then on it was the most pleasurable car buying experience we have ever had. I now have my new GMC Sierra, it's exactly the truck I was looking for and I know it was better than the best price I would have gotten at home. Thank you Seth! Thank you Dan! And thank you Banks!Worst experience of your life!
by kryskaracer17 on 02/22/2015I was searching for the right used car for a long time and when I finally found the car I've been looking for, Banks was the worst mistake and waste of time - I have ever experienced in my life. They are very unorganized, unresponsive, and… unwilling. All the staff front, maybe the greet you nice but its not sincere. I tried to apply for this car with my old job and when I wasnt approved, they were persistent on getting me in something different I specifically said I didnt like. Month an a half go by, go back with a new much better paying job: They called me and told me not to come to my scheduled appt Claimed I had a trade in when I never did (This would be my first car, what do I have to trade in????) The sales manager claimed I talked with him on the phone when I know I didnt. (I hate talking on the phone, esp with dealers, I would have never allowed it) And told me my life was upside down. The car I was inquiring about had been there for 4 months. Didn't care about making quota. Didnt care about being polite and most certainly didnt care about not insulting me. Telling me my life was upside down? This is the worst dealership you could ever go to. I don't care if it's the car you've been looking for, find it somewhere else. You will receive the worst customer service ever. They will waste your time and not complete their job. I do not recommend Banks to anyone! It's pandora's box waiting to be opened again.Excellent Experience
by denali_family on 09/08/2013updated 08/04/2025We ended up at Banks GMC because we were not pleased with the sales team at Quirk GMC. The Banks saleperson was personal and not pushy. Without any haggling we got an excellent price on a 2014 GMC Acadia. The price was about $1,000 cheaper… than Quirk and it was the same exact vehicle. I couldn't be happier about making the decision to drive an extra 16 miles up to Banks, it was well worth it.
