Erik Faust was beyond incredible. He answered any and all questions I had with confidence and a smile and made the process of trading in my car for a brand new one extremely easy and painless. By far one of the best salesmen and dealerships you could ask for. Fantastic sales experience

I recently purchased a new Honda Ridgeline at Grappone Honda. From the minute I walked in the door until I drove the truck off the lot the service was exceptional. They used text messages to keep me informed of when my car would be arriving at the dealership and to answer any questions I had while I waited for delivery day. Every aspect of the car buying experience was professional, efficient, and positive. I really appreciate that they don’t haggle and play the game of running out back to “talk to the manager”. The whole experience was seamless and transparent. I would recommend Grappone to anyone looking for a car.

A pleasurable experience

I used to hate buying cars, but this is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from Grappone and I only have good things to say. Our salesman Erik was very patient with us as we changed our minds several times during the process. He took the time to answer all our questions and keep us updated wile we waited for delivery. Our trade-in was inspected thoroughly and they gave us a fair offer - no low-balling. Nice showroom, friendly people, and no pressure.

Just beware and check tires.

My 2020 brand new purchased car had 2019 tires on them and said I needed new tires at 14750. Replaced at 17379 due to leak in tire. One tire company said they probably put lease tires on a new car. Just to let others know and be aware. Of course Graponae denied it.
