by Renee89511. on 08/03/2019I went in with a preapproved auto loan, however they still required me to run a credit check for “security purposes.” I was completely unhappy because it dinged my credit again, and it took over two hours just for the process! However, I… did end up with a lower APR and payment, so I can’t fuss about that. I’m happy with the vehicle I purchased (2014 Subaru Impreza), unfortunately I expected to leave with a semi detailed vehicle and a full tank of gas, but instead, I left with a dusty vehicle with half a tank. Where is the top customer service?Amazing!!!

JD found a good car and Jesse found financing for it which I know was a challenge due to age and mileage, and my credit rating too. there were some… glitches but they were all worked out. Paul assisted me with my initial questions and Hagen went above and beyond when I arrived. All of my questions were answered, I wasn't pushed to… buy anything and I left with an experience to pass on! Even after I was long gone, Jocelin assisted me with completing the registration process for a different state which was a learning experience for a both. We were moving from out of state and they were very helpful over the phone. We basically knew what we wanted when we walked in… so it was just matter of finalizing in person. We have never owned a Subaru before and as mentioned, we now have two. Both 2019 Outbacks and we are very happy with them. On the second one we traded in a 2015 Nissan Murano that we really enjoyed but as it was not AWD, which we need so we decided to make the change. For the money and options we are very satisfied with our purchases.Thanks, Lithia!

They had an Ascent on the lot that almost perfectly matched what I wanted. It was just missing a trailer hitch and that… was installed by the next day when we picked up the vehicle. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I did not feel pressured to buy. Thank you!Only place I'll buy a car!
