onI went in with a preapproved auto loan, however they still required me to run a credit check for “security purposes.” I was completely unhappy because it dinged my credit again, and it took over two hours just for the process! However, I did end up with a lower APR and payment, so I can’t fuss about that. I’m happy with the vehicle I purchased (2014 Subaru Impreza), unfortunately I expected to leave with a semi detailed vehicle and a full tank of gas, but instead, I left with a dusty vehicle with half a tank. Where is the top customer service?
