    Somehow the purchase was not in their system. After I showed them the receipt from 5 years ago, they promptly processed the request and the dead battery was replaced.

    I had to bring my Q5 in for servicing and found out that it needed about $2500 in repairs, Rodolfo- my service provider, was professional and very intuitive. He went far and beyond to make sure that I had a loaner and also texted me through the whole process until I returned to pick up my Q5 a fee days later.

    I received the recall on my tires and reached out to Audi, I immediately spoke with Curtis Maldonado in Service and from the beginning he was amazing. His professionalism, attention to detail and follow up were all above and beyond. He answered all my many many questions and even when the job was done he checked up . He definitely deserves more than 5 stars . Curtis represents everything a company should want in an employee and Audi is very lucky to have him.

    The 40k maintenance work would take 5-8 hrs to complete. My advisor Wido provided me a loaner vehicle to use while the EV is at the shop. He also follow thru with updates and answered all of my inquiries.

  • Dangerously Negligent, ZERO Integrity.

    IF YOU DONT DONT LOOK RICH OR YOUR CAR ISNT THE TOP OF THE LINE NEWEST MODEL.. GO ELSE WHERE. DANGEROUSLY NEGLIGENT. Wish there was a ZERO STAR option. My vehicle had a dangerous safety recall, and needed a full diagnostic. I was called to raplace the battery... and two weeks later "come pickup your car." Reviewed invoice, never given any reccomendations besides what had been done, in writing or other communication. $1000 later, I got LESS than TWO MILES away and my engine completely shut off. Barely coasted into a parking lot. Called and was left waiting for 2 hours for a return call and return tow. Dealership is currently trying to find documentIon that I declined reccommended repairs. Lies which are not provided on the invoice. These guys do not have any integrity, and dont care about vehicles or customerz that cant spend $$$. Dont provide full diagnotics, which for $200+ should be no problem. Will update.

    Audi Las Vegas lives up to what a Luxury Car Dealer should be. I loved that I received a video of the repairs needed on my car narrated with a description of the problems. My service person, Rodolfo, kept in contact with me and answered all my questions. My car was returned after a wash and cleaning inside, which was so appreciated. Even though there is an Audi dealership closer to my home, I prefer to take my car to Audi Las Vegas.

    I purchased an Audi SQ8 remotely - that is, I never went to the store itself, since it's in another State. The entire deal (including trade-in) was done over the phone and by email. Audi Las Vegas had the car transported to the AutoNation in Albuquerque (which is considerably closer to me than Las Vegas) at their cost; once the vehicle arrived, I drove my trade-in down there, signed all the paperwork and left with the new car. Everyone - at both Audi Las Vegas and AutoNation Albuquerque was phenomenally nice and helpful.

    Jacob Link was a stellar sales specialist at the Audi location on Sahara. He was cool and no pressure energy, when I entered the sales area. He asked only a few questions but then offered a test drive. I told him I would be back the next day to purchase the car and confirmed I would be in. He was there 9am the next morning on his day off to greet me and stayed through the long day of the sale to make sure I was satisfied. When I later came back after the sale, he greeted me and kept up the same energy and friendliness. I appreciated his candor and professional demeanor. He was an exemplary luxury experience service provider.

  • tire replacement cost

    I was quite surprised and upset with the fact that Audi does not repair tires and requiring me to purchase a new tire for a slow leak. Looked at several independent Tire stores and none could get the E-Tron GT tire

    After bad buying experiences in the past with other dealers, I was hesitant to go through the process alone. Our sales associate Joann was a pleasant surprise. She helped us view the variety of inventory available and pick out a few cars for test drives. We found a fun Q5 that fit my needs. After a painless process we were on our way. I never felt like I was being pushed into something I didn’t want. Thank you for a premier experience doing something that in the past had been a very painful and anxiety inducing process.
