    Went in with a dead battery with out an appointment. I ask to have it replaced and to check wheel balance on recently installed tires from this company. 40 minutes later I was done and on my way. Very fast and efficient service done professionally.

    Oil and filter change plus some troubleshooting for noise. They also discovered a burnt out brake light which they replaced. There was no charge for the troubleshooting. I am very satisfied with this visit.

    I went in to Honda West to look at their sedans, with the intention of buying, if I found the one that was right for me, and I did. I had my eyes on this certified pre-owned 2015 Accord that had everything that I had been looking for in my next car. It was good on fuel, had this Eco option that saves you even more on fuel when you drive, low mileage, sunroof, dual control ac/vents and a rear vent for the back seats, a side rear camera and even a right side camera on the side mirror when gives me extra visibility. It has so many awesome features. The sales person Sergio was cordial. He wasn’t pushy about the sale. I asked for a test drive and invited us to come back in and sit down and talk more about what I thought. I knew I wanted the car but wanted to see what they could do for me in terms of the overall cost and monthly payments that would meet my needs. And they worked with me to get me that. I walked out of Honda West feeling very good about my choice and my purchase. I appreciate the help with the financing that I got from Alex too.

  • Clueless service writer

    Told the guy who serviced my car it was struggling to start up and the problem was getting worse. Yet he told me everything from the battery to the starter checked out fine. My car is currently sitting in my garage and can’t start up. He also charged me for a service I didn’t want. He figured since I didn’t need one of the filters replaced he charged the difference without telling me beforehand. I ended up paying for it at checkout only because I was in a rush to leave. If he at least told me his intentions prior I wouldn’t have an issue with that. I’m more pissed about my car being dead in my garage currently since he said nothing was wrong.

    I used to own a 2003 Civic and brought it here for all its services. Now I have a brand new Civic and I bring it here too. Why? Great service- it's that simple. The biggest reason ? My service rep. Karla Gunter. If it wasn't for her I'd probably be going elsewhere .

    The service assistant never called me back to tell me that my car was ready for pickup. When I called the dealership, they said that he went home early. He didn't ask anyone else to handle this matter. When I picked up the car, because he wasn't there, I wasn't able to ask any questions are followup on the work done on the car.

    I made an appointment to get the oil changed and tires rotated. When I got there they were busy but it did not take that long. Heather came and checked me in. She was very pleasant and helpful. Whenever I have needed to have maintenance or anything else done on my car the people at Honda West have ALWAYS been courteous, professional and answered my questions. I would never go anywhere else. Thank you!

    They charged me for aftermarket items, security system and PermaPlate I specifically said I did not want.

    From the moment I walked through the door I was welcomed in by Joshua C. I could tell by his smile and vibrant personality that his goal was to be of any help possible. I was looking for a car that could help me get to school and work. He was able to walk me through step by step and narrowed down my options per model. He gave very clear details about each one and how they correlated with what I was looking for. After I made my decision, he carefully compared my budget with what he could do for me as a customer. He offered amazing service and was definitely genuine about it! No doubt the best experience I’ve had at a dealership and will refer all my friends and family to this great guy! :) Overall A++

    The people here are incredibly nice. BUT... I went in to get something fixed for a body shop need. Received a call saying we needed our brakes done and they could do that while doing the other thing. OK. First - the car was promised by noon the next day (Saturday). When stopped by, they said they were sorry they were behind and the car wouldn't be ready until Monday. When I picked up the car, they had finished the brakes, but FORGOT TO THE JOB I BROUGHT IT IN FOR. In fact, they hadn't even ordered the part for that. So I had to come back another day to get that done, so they could get the part in. And the shop offered no discount, or any thing except a "sorry". They did eventually fix everything, but when promised one day and it takes 4 days and they don't do the main thing you came in for... I won't rush back there.

    I am pleased with my used Honda. However, I did not have a pleasant experience in issues dealing with the remaining warranty that I already have on my vehicle. It appears that the finance manager, Mike Rodriguez is selling your remaining miles (that everyone already has on their vehicle) to a third party company, Fidelity Warranty Services. Mike claims to be "hooking you up", but really doesn't. Instead, he's selling us back a warranty we've already paid for to a third party that's already included on the car instead of letting us chose between an extended warranty from Honda. When I noticed it, I spoke with the finance director, Kimball Witkosky, he asked me how he can resolve the problem, then offered me a Honda Care warranty, I accepted. When I went in to sign for this extended warranty, Kimball sent out his general sales manager, Jimmy Slocum and a guy from Fidelity that tried to talk me out of something already offered to me by informing me of how Honda Care is really slow paying their repairs and how slow roadside assistance was compared with Fidelity. Wow! I've never heard anyone ever talk down the very products that they were selling. They also offered me a bribe for $200.00 to keep Fidelity, I declined! It's been three weeks now, and the only thing that these guys did was try to clean up their deceptive paperwork and tablet information. I guess they forgot that all calls were monitored and recorded when I first checked and confirmed all of this at Honda and Fidelity to find about what they were really doing. I also tried to speak with Kevin Bushey (General Manager) but he does nothing as well. Hopefully, Kevin when you read this, get off your butt and help me resolve the problem, as promised to me by Kimball Witkosky, instead of acting like the ringleader! Are you not getting involved because I'm an African-American female? Must I take this to the next level? People, please check your Powertrain warranties from Honda West and beware of these [non-permissible content removed]!

    Antonio helped me with my 2018 Honda Civic lease. He was very personable, and not pushy at all which is my fear in car dealerships. He found the car and budget right for me.
