Then I looked at the Mercedes GLC online and really liked the look. I went by all the dealerships and looked at all the SUVs. Then I… found a GLC online that I liked and called Fletcher Jones. I got an immediate reply and Steve Kaplan answered all my questions. He was very helpful and then I worked with Jay Fields to test drive the car and hear about all the great safety features in a Mercedes. I purchased the car right then because I was so impressed with the dealership and the customer service they provide. The dealership was very clean and comfortable and the sale was very easy. With the pandemic going import… vehicles are scarce and Cookie went above and beyond to find find the GLA my wife truly wanted, on a ship in the middle of the ocean! Denied But Approved
by Denied But Approved on 03/21/2021I started my search online through the website and came across a 2021 c class cabriolet. It was about 7p or so. I went flying down to the dealership , greeting my now salesman , did a test drive, negotiated and the financing. I didn’t… realize even having good credit MBFS wouldn’t approve my loan because I had never leased with them before. Ultimately, my request was denied then approved with a large DP. I figured out the difference between the DP and loan amount . The finance manager said I’d have a better shot at a vehicle the cost less lol . Basically, if you’ve never leased with MBFS you need to get a C class was my take which didn’t make me mad. We found a c class wrote it up and the lease was instantly was approved! They were very helpful from beginning to end and my salesmen didn’t give up! I told him since we had an approval let’s not waste it.Hello, Congratulations on your beautiful Mercedes-Benz!
