    I was highly pressured at time of buying my car to purchase a warranty. My car is not a bmw but still bmw was still pushing to purchase this warranty. After several times saying no they told me it would be best since my car has many electrical parts and this warranty would cover that. Well sure enough I had a problem and decided to take it in. Mazda first said they would fix it and did research and knew exactly what the problem was but then changed their mind and said it was actually just spilled liquid when in fact I never have spilled liquid. They took my car in again only to tell me they do not have the proper diagnostics to service my car and I’d need to take it to a Mazda dealership. I am very disappointed and feel scammed because they sold me a service they are not even able to provide. I reached out to the service manager and never got a response. I also asked my sales rep to forward the service or warranty manager information so I can be in contact with them and he never responded.

    Had a great experience here. This was my first service appointment for my iX. I just moved to Nv. so I didn't purchase it here, but I was treated like a long-term customer. Loaner was great, scheduling great. Couldn't be happier.

  • Lexis - One of the BEST

    My check engine light was triggered on my X3. I took it into BMW the next day and they ran their diagnosis with the results being a leak in my EVAP pump. Lexis provided step by step details of what was going on. She gave up front estimates and told me no work would be done unless I authorized it. I also told her that I had Car Shield and would be going through them if it was covered. She knew exactly how to get the claim going for that as well. She was very professional, courteous, honest and comforting. Thankfully, the EVAP pump was covered and it matched almost 80% of it. The mechanic at BMW told Lexis about a belt that was cracking and should probably be replaced since the work was already being done in the same compartment. I authorized it to prevent further damage and a future headache. Once again, complete honesty and upfront cost from Lexis.

    From the time I dropped off the vehicle to the time I picked up the vehicle the service coordinator, for this particular visit, was being pulled in many different directions. As a result, more time was needed to service my X2. In additional the technician didn't set or forget to set the right tire pressure causing the low tire light to come on and for me to visit three different gas stations looking for air. I feel like the prices paid for the service received is inconsistent.

    Koa and Frank have been awesome service advisors taking care of my BMW i3! Both were very straightforward, honest, and very helpful. The service at BMW West Sahara is top-notch! They show you what is needed and they are very detailed with their assessment! They show absolute care to their customer and their knowledge of their cars give you confidence in their service! Definitely highly recommend this Service Department! Thank you!

    We ordered an i4 about 11 months ago and finally it was delivered (popular cars have a large backlog). Our sales rep, Amin, kept us appraised of the status - BMW tools are pretty cool, you can track your car through the entire 15 step process on the web/app. Amin worked with us to schedule vehicle delivery to match our availability and was very thorough through the entire delivery process. There are so many features in the vehicle but Amin new them all and was happy to show us all the bells and whistles. We love the car, it is beautiful and in BMW tradition it is a pocket rocket. Very satisfied customer.

    Service advisor Jordan went above and beyond to pursue a warranty claim that my local dealer wouldn't even consider. I was traveling in Las Vegas on a holiday weekend when my car started running rough. Jordan was able to get me in quickly so I didn't have to extend my trip.

  • Berated by Salesman

    I had a very unfortunate experience at BMW LV on Sahara. After trading in my car, there were minor loose ends to tie up. A second key had to be made, trade in check to be picked up, green slip etc. After 2 weeks I was told by my salesman Randall M that I could come in for the check and new key. I was out of town and said I’d be in soon. On Saturdays they are open until 9pm, I was able to get there before 6pm this past Saturday to pick up my belongings. Before arriving at the dealership my salesman said he had left for the day via text, and that I should come in Monday instead. Unfortunately I had to travel again Monday and it was best for me to come in that day and grab the key and check. After some minor back and forth I was told that my things would be at reception. Great, I thought. I arrived, saw reception, received my envelope as planned and when I got to the car the new key didn’t work. No big deal, that’s why I tried it before driving off. I walked back to reception and let Pam the receptionist (who is super lovely by the way) know. She said she would find someone to help me and she did right away. A woman came with me to my car and was able to make the key partially work, but not able to make the key retract and open the mirrors, so that woman said she would find someone to help and rushed off. Again, no big deal, I am a very patient person and wasn’t in a rush. I was waiting for not more than a minute when I turned to my right to see my salesman, Randall, marching towards me. I happily said “Oh wow you are still here!” To which I was met with intense anger, I was absolutely shocked as he began yelling at me telling me that he had to come back in to work “for this”, that his manager had just yelled at him because of ME, and how dare I be ordering people around left and right!! At this point I was stunned and I calmly said, “please don’t talk to me like that”, in fact I had to say “please don’t talk to me like that” about 4 times, because he continued to yell over me saying that of course the key won’t work it has to be programmed to my car and that I should have just agreed to come in on Monday when he would be there. I had to remind him that he never told me, not on the day I traded my car in, not on the phone, not in email or text, that this key would have to be “programmed to the car”. I am not a mind reader and this is my first BMW, so how would I possibly know that. As he continued to lose his cool it became painfully clear that this man has no respect for his customers and also no memory that he was the one who told me an hour earlier to come in and get the key and check from reception. I never thought he would be called back into work for that, and I never saw the harm in coming in on Saturday (my only opportunity for two more weeks) to get my belongings. He was very very upset that his manager had yelled at him and I was being blamed for it. I told him I never complained to anyone about him and that I didn’t order anyone around and I was shocked that someone would yell at him about me and that he would be forced to come back in. I genuinely felt bad he was yelled at, but the more I have replayed this interaction over in my mind the last couple days, the more unhappy I am that this man berated me. I am the customer, I was told my check and key were ready, I was not told it would be an issue to get them on Saturday, and I was met with such rudeness from my own salesman it put distaste in my mouth to ever give BMW Autonation my business again. Every member of my family drives a BMW, and I have never heard of any of them being yelled at by their salesman. This was my first unfortunate experience with BMW. I change cars every 2 years or less and I’m disappointed that I am already having doubts about this company and dealership. It hurt my feelings to be accused of ordering people around, and to be yelled at by someone who just two weeks prior was acting as charming as can be. At some point he must have realized his mistake in yelling because he began begging me to forgive him, saying he is never like that and I have to believe him. Given the amount of employee trophies he has displayed next to his desk, I don’t necessarily doubt that, but I wonder what it was about me that made him feel that he could talk down to me in that way, since usually he is “never like that.” I told him in the moment, because I really don’t like drama or dramatic people, that I forgive him, but I simply can’t forget how awful I was treated. I’m 40, I’m not a child and I don’t appreciate the way he lost his temper with me, it was completely unprofessional.
