best easiest nicest experience i have ever had. its always a lengthy process but was expedited and less time consuming than my past experiences . also no pressure at all! very nice people across the board

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!!

My husband and I recently purchased a new 2014 BMW 328i and we couldnÂt be happier! Our sales representative,… Kwasi, took his time to listen to our wants and needs, took us for a test drive and searched his computer system for about 30 minutes until he found the exact car we were looking for. He even had his sales manager, Steve, go to another location to pick up the exact car for us to see and test drive. Both Kwasi and Steve were phenomenal to work with. After the test drive we were sold, these cars drive like a dream. They truly live up to the title 'ultimate driving machine'. Kwasi quickly had the paperwork drawn up and after pairing our phones and giving us a brief overview of the cars features we were on our way. Kwasi continued to follow-up with us after our purchase to see if we had any questions about the car and offered to have us come back in for a few minutes to go over any questions we may have. BMW of Las Vegas offers amazing cars and a car buying experience that is like no other. We highly recommend this dealership.Best car buying experience ever.

We recommend Erik and this first class dealership without reservation. I am most grateful for my painless experience thanks to Shane, Dan & Steve G who made me feel comfortable… when I felt so out of place. Steve G was amazing in showing me all the car features! Even the time spent with the Finance Dept was a breeze. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for the Ultimate Driving Machine! Thanks again fellas!!!Love my 4 series!
by vegasmiami on 08/23/2014I'm not a writer about every experience I have kind of guy but I wanted to compliment the team at BMW Las Vegas on Sahara. In particular Trent J. I purchased a new 2015 4 Series Gran Coupe. A magnificent automobile and making the final… decision to purchase was rewarding experience because of Trent. I bounced him around from the 5 series to the 6 series and went looked and drove the 2015 X6. Outstanding vehicles but the one that fit the budget, the need for transportation and the joy of owning a BMW was the 428i. A special thanks to Krystel, The Shane GM. Everyone one I came in contact with at the dealership was attentive and most of all in a good mood. All I can say is buy a B-mer and if you can, do it in Vegas. :-)Awesome Service!

I have to say that my experience with your dealership was the best by far, and that includes dealerships where I was personal… friends with the owner and had bought 6 cars from. Everyone I met was professional but yet very friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Steve G. was incredible. It's so nice to work with someone with years of experience and who knows just how to treat a customer. He bent over backwards to take my calls even when he was off duty and he never complained once when I had to change my appointment to pick up my new car (like 4 times because of travel problems). He not only didn't complain, but each time I called to tell him I was going to be later than I had thought the last time that I called (really, it is almost laughable) his response was a very cheerful "well no problem, I'll see you then! I can hardly wait till next year when I'll be purchasing an M4! Thanks and I'll tell everyone I know about my experience at your dealership. From the moment I walked into BMW of Las Vegas, they made me feel like someone important. The receptionist greeted me warmly and gave me… water. Two people asked me if I needed anything when David, my sales associate, greeted me. I test drove two cars, not $100,000 cars, but certified preowned BMWs that cost under $25,000. David's kindness and patience were lovely and surprising. In less than an hour I had my numbers crunched and was sitting in the office with the finance manager whose rugged outward appearance was juxtaposed with his wisdom, kindness, and beautiful real orchids--what a great guy! He even recommended the right type of duster for my black car. Somewhere in there the head of the entire store, Shane, found time to shake my hand and congratulate me. After all this my beautifully detailed 3 Series that was shining as bright as the lovely interior of the store, was waiting for me. Not done yet, Crystal, sat inside my new car with me for thirty minutes going over all the bells and whistles and answering all my questions. It is my goal to post this where ever I can so, like me, you can enjoy the ultimate driving machine having had the ultimate shopping experience.We are happy you enjoyed working with our staff, Emily. It's good to hear our team is living up to the promise of providing fantastic service to our customers.
Carmax you have nothing on BMW of Las Vegas
by Vegasmirch on 06/17/2014I would have to say this is the 1st time I had a surprisingly pleasant and enjoyable experience at a conventional dealership. Steve G. is at the top of his game, from his extremely knowledgeable understanding of the cars and the test drive… experience to the negotiation aspect of the deal and to his prompt delivery on all his promises. This is how purchasing a vehicle should be and other dealers should take a lesson instead of judging a book by its cover and dismissing you as a person because you weren't wearing a suit or you were sporting a five o'clock shadow, I'm speculating, but that's how I felt with the other dealerships. Besides all that, it made the wife extremely happy, so happy wife happy life.We are happy you enjoyed your recent experience at our location! Outstanding sales service!

Steve G. was very friendly and took the extra steps to ensure our purchase went well. Started deal on Monday and flew into Las Vegas on Wednesday afternoon… the car was clean, gassed- up and ready for a four day road trip back to Georgia. This dealership is legendary for a no hassle process and while I've dealt with different sales agents over the years, the stress free… buying experience is all the same. From test drive to finance....simple and pain free. The way it should be! I'd recommend using the internet sales process, currently managed by Roger C. The car I bought this time was the X3. It is luxurious and nimble plus it has excellent fuel economy ....better than my 1 series ...and has more horsepower too! Simply amazing. 5 Stars!DIGNIFIED CAR SALES!!!

I have found the sales and management staff to treat you with dignity from start to finish. They have always offered test drives freely and never make me… feel as though Im wasting anyones time. This recent purchase was especially nice as I didn't expect it to be able to finish. The general manager actually came to the desk and didn't "hammer", he just came and said he appreciated the business and was gonna make it work. BMW's are not cheap, but their cars are high quality and so is the sales experience.None better than Desert BMW of Las Vegas

Our salesman, Sal C., was the best salesman I have ever dealt with (and I've dealt with a lot!). He listened to what we wanted and helped us find the perfect car… for us. Sal gave us a tour of the dealership and introduced us to our service manager. I've never left a car dealership in a new car feeling so happy that we got a more than fair deal and that we can look forward to good service.
