They treat me as a VIP customer with the communication, video of when tech is servicing my car, making sure it is… clean when I get my vehicle back and the multi-point inspection. My Morning At Mini
by Mini Me on 05/16/2023My appointment was for 8:15. By 8:30 there were minis everywhere. Clubman’s, convertibles, and of course my little red four door. It was so cool to see so many different Minis. As I waited for my card oil change I received a video. I… opened it to find my car being fully inspected and for me to watch as it was being done. WOW, that was so unexpected! The people at Miniis oIf Las Vegas are really dedicated to their cars. A very pleasant change from anything we previously owned before. I also love that my car lets them know when it needs attention. One less thing for me to have to attend to. Wonderful experience! Perfect Experience

Las Vegas AutoNation Mini- bought 2022 Cr-V
by LvBob23 on 01/10/2023Bought a 2022 Honda CR-V. Salesperson was Louis, and he did a nice job of showing the car. AutoNation has a clearly listed price, so there’s no negotiating or games, which I appreciated. They were able to put a $5K down payment on a… credit card, and another $5k on a debit card…would’ve preferred to use a larger credit card down payment, but understand they don’t want to pay the card issuer fees. My only issue (not really a complaint), was with the F&I manager, Justin. When I explained I wouldn’t be buying their overpriced, extended warranty on a 2022 Honda Vehicle with a clear CarFax and only 8K miles, he became really aggressive. I’m in my 50’s, have bought more than a dozen new and used cars, and understand manufacturers warranty’s…didn’t appreciate the hard sell and didn’t appreciate his insinuation I was being dumb by not buying from the dealership. Kind of like a Jeckyl/Hyde moment once I declined…I’ve done enough deals that I know I will also be offered cheaper options in the next few months if I want them, but with an essentially brand new vehicle, I won’t be needing them. Overall, I’d buy from them again, but be prepared to say no firmly with the finance team…Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
