Outstanding service and support for my 2015 MINI Cooper S Convertable

I own a 2015 MINI Cooper S I bought from a private seller who was a criminal, and misrepresented a great deal about… this car. MINI of Las Vegas and Sean Bahr, my service manager, went above and beyond to insure my extensive repairs were managed well by his expert MINI shop mechanic and that my MINI was in great working order when I drove it away this week. Owning a car like a MINI incurs a higher cost of ownership than many less sophisticated cars, but after trying to work with 7 other auto repair shops/services around the LV valley, I will not trust any other establishment to take care of this MINI. Chris was very welcoming and showed me the vehicle immediately. I took a test… drive and decided I wanted to purchase the vehicle. The quality of their certified used cars are unmatched and the car was delivered fully detailed with a full tank of gas. My problem was that I didn't listen or take Chris's advice and offer. I recently moved to Henderson and not at all… comfortable drive around Vega at dusk. Long story short, after 3 hours at the dealership my car was ready. 15 minuets of driving I totaled that Mini. heading back to Chris and Mini of LV to get another countryman.Great Customer service

I did an inquiry on a Countryman online and Will contacted me the next day. He emailed me… different Mini Countryman to look at with many good pictures. Will also sent different finance options. Will stated I could get per approved before coming down to the dealership so that I would know what my finance terms and options would be before purchasing the vehicle. I told Will what car I was interested in and when I arrived at the dealership the car was ready for me to test drive. I was not pressured to look at more expensive car or different cars. Will spent his time with me explaining the Mini Countryman I had chosen and the price, options, gas mileage, inspections by the dealership and vehicle warranty. The finance team was also great. They went over down payment options, final price, monthly payment and did not try to upsell anything I did not need. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. I could not be happier with my Mini Countryman and the stress-free experience at Mini of Las Vegas. I had small issues and questions with my Countryman and someone returned my call immediately and addressed my issues quickly.
