Chris Daw was fabulous! He got me in the perfect 2024 RX 350. He listened and understood what I wanted. Chris is the best salesman I've ever dealt with. This is the third vehicle I got from him. And my eighth Lexus. Great product… which is extremely safe.

The entire staff there is professional and friendly. Our salesman Jon Tam and his partner Rachel worked… with us very well. A shout out to Leo in finance as well. Buying a vehicle from Lexus of Las Vegas is not your typical car I am experience. I highly recommend them.Lexus of Las Vegas is the best dealer in town!!!

As a result, these happy, satisfied employees – that were well chosen to fit the personality of the dealership – make us feel comfortable, so that we enjoy being there, too. We have purchased multiple vehicles from Lexus of Las Vegas, experienced quality service, and always had a good experience during the entire easy process. The Lexus of Las Vegas staff is ALWAYS amazing, friendly and helpful no matter whether we are there for a purchase experience, just to look at new models, to get service for our two Lexus vehicles, or to visit the Parts Department for a special key fob. I love my new Lexus RX450h, my expert sales rep Jason Gil, his co-rep John Tam, my closing/warranty expert Jason Parks (J.P.) and my expert service rep Javier Vargas. Lexus of Las Vegas has two excellent technical reps, Bryce Lawson and Trey Ross, that helped us learn about the nuances of my hybrid. I especially appreciate using a Loaner Lexus during my recent complimentary 5,000-mile vehicle service, plus their free expert car wash! Lexus of Las Vegas takes good care of us and our cars. They provide a clean, comfortable facility, an attractive showroom, and we look forward to purchasing our next new Lexus from them. I almost forgot – Lexus of Las Vegas offers a wheel warranty that we bought and they seamlessly repaired the curb rash on a wheel I damaged in a parking lot. Considering all that is happening in the world now we were quite surprised that it honestly seemed to us that Lexus increased their service .… That’s with nearly 20 years of sales and service with them. Rachel Roemer was extremely professional, personable, very helpful. Dominick Gagliano made it easy to sign documents and even helped us save money as did Rachel. Amanda Panuccio also spent considerable time with us. It was nice to see her as now both she and her father have sold us RXs. Also saw Javier out service manager. Overall a very positive experience.My First Experience

The Service area was very clean, plenty of seats but didn't see a vending machine… for snacks. My Service Advisor was very nice and friendly. I will definitely come back and recommend this place for Lexus Vehicles and Services.Awesome

I was able to contact sales people via the internet and schedule a time to test drive vehicles within hours. Once at Lexus we had the best experience ever imaginable… with: Susan L., John T., and "JP". We were in and out in a few hours. Additionally, cleaning/COVID-19 precautions were taken throughout the facility and it was very apparent. I can't recommend Lexus of Las Vegas and this team enough.Wonderful to work with!

by Tom Breinholt on 12/14/2020The experience with Lexus of Las Vegas was well beyond any auto purchase I've ever experienced. My local Lexus dealer did not have the model with the equipment I was looking for, so decided to search on-line. While checking the Lexus of Las… Vegas website I found the exact model and equipment I wanted. I called their number and asked for a sales associate. I was put in touch with Sungmin Daniele. She immediately impressed me with her knowledge, positive attitude and enthusiasm. After confirming the vehicle was what I was looking for, I asked her to get me an offer. She called back with an offer that was better than my local dealership, but I asked her to see if she could do a bit better. Another call back from her provided a deal that was not just a bit better, but much better. So I arranged a date to travel to Vegas to pick up the vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Daniele, who had the vehicle waiting out front. She said the first thing she wanted me to do was take it for a test drive, which I did and found it to be a superb car. When I returned, we began the process of completing the paperwork. Daniele continued to be enthusiastic as she led me through the process. While completing the paperwork, she also ensured the experience went far beyond just signing papers, including making me feel that this deal was her most important activity of the day. I was never rushed and didn't feel that I was just another transaction. I had the impression that my business really mattered to her and to the dealership. This attitude continued when Daniele introduced be to Ana in finance. The process there was smooth and was assisted with some high-tech document signing. While the finance papers were being completed, Daniele had sent the car back to detailing to finish preparing it for delivery. So when I left finance, Daniele took me to the car, which was in the dealership's new car delivery area, and we went over the car to make sure it was perfect. We then got inside and Daniele gave me an orientation on the car's technology and linked my phone to the car's information system. I then left with the new car, a full tank of gas, and the feeling that I never wanted to get another new car anywhere else. Truly amazing!
