Worse sales experience in all of Las Vegas.. They will lie to you!
by emeralds on 02/22/2024Best dealer to get scammed! Come here to get scammed and treated like you wrong to ask questions. Shout out to Cesar H "the internet manager" for being [non-permissible content removed] of all the dealers I have ever visited. Gave me… numbers without interest rates even though I have a high credit score, I asked for the rates and they are very high. Secondly, he adds on a 12k market adjustment fee for an electric Kia. What a joke. The car has been on the lot for over 30 days!! He proceeds to tell me that in the fine print it says there can be a market adjustment up to 5k if applicable... so why 12k? Thirdly, I ask him for a lease price ( which Kia currently has a 7.5k off lease deal) which he pretends he doesn't know about and then add a 5k market adjustment. After I asked him very simple questions on the financing, money factor etc..he just lies about the calculations...doesn't take a mathematician to do reverse math..after all that he says - well I don't want to do business with you and calls me a liar in many ways. Never even showed the deal to the Sales General Manager. Also want to shout out the sales rep James M. for being [non-permissible content removed] as well. I ask directly him directly how many 250kw chargers are in Vegas there are so the Kia can supercharge. He says many around Vegas. I question him and he replies- I know this for a fact. A quick google and charging company search shows only one 150cc in the Forum shops. I ask him why I can't find them and he says oh it's programmed into the Kia map. So I ask him to show me and he says that it wasn't programmed yet into the car we were test driving. If you going to state a fact then have facts to back it up!! Next shout out is to the Findlay Kia dealer management. I email them in detail about what occurred and the general sales manager responds that he wants to talk on Thursday and we confirm for the morning.. It's already afternoon and zero response. Come here If you want to go here and get lied to, bullied, abused and when you question them logically they will say they don't want to do a deal!!! Otherwise - keep all your friends and family very far away from this Findlay Kia dealer. There are lots of great dealers that won't lie to you and work with you and answer all your questions. These people only care about the massive commission they will make off your sale and your trade in. All the negative reviews here are true!!! Go to another Kia or a different Findlay dealer!!!Worse service department ever and we’ve owned 15 cars.
by Joe I on 09/30/2021If I could write two reviews, I would. Joe in sales was incredible- no bull. The Kia Sportage is fantastic BUT if you try to get it serviced thru Findlay Kia, GOOD LUCK! We have now emailed 6 times and called 4 times, yet they refuse to… return our calls, to set up our first service call. After total frustration, we contacted the GM, who pawned us off on Joseph Catallo. Joe returned our email and stated he would have either Mike or Rick (The service managers) call us. NOT! Here it is 6 days later, two additional emails and NOTHING!Great Place to purchase, beyond easy

I decided Kia had a lot of value built in that others didn't (the warranty was the biggest factor). I work for a major casino in Las Vegas. Walking… through the break room I noticed a buying program set up for Findlay Kia for our employees. I admit I was skeptical at first. I contacted Mark Olson and he gave me all the information I was looking for. Didn't beat around the bush and gave me all the information I was looking for. I called another Kia dealer in town and did not get the same response to say the least. I went to Findlay to test drive a Kia and Mark passed me off to Scott. When I asked to see numbers everything was broken down, nothing hidden and everything Mark said it would be. Left in my brand new Soul and couldn't be happier. Next day Mark called to make sure everything was good and if I was treated well on my visit. Couldn't be happier. Thank you!BAIT CAR SCAM

The cost of the vehicle actually went up a thousand dollars after they saw that I liked it. I offered the fair purchase price in cash and… the finance manager kept saying "why don't you use that as a down payment on a new car" They refused to budge on the used Honda which they wanted way too much for. Ask yourself why a Kia dealership would have to use a used Honda to bait you for a new Kia...do the research. I do not trust these people, no way!Dishonest and unscrupulous managers and sales persons

They will fool you with oral promises, manipulate, and push you to sign a contract without giving you a chance to read it. And they will push you to buy all kind of useless and… overpriced service plans, so they can make more money on you. First, they will promise you features that are not included to get you sign the contract. When you find about it, they will exchange it (as a "great favor") to give you what you were supposed to get in a first place, but you would have to pay a full price for all missing features they promised but you never received. They take advantage of older customers, and they do it with a smile on their faces. If you really need to buy a KIA car, LOOK ELSEWHERE. Otherwise, you will be sorry. If you consider buying any brand of car that is offered by any other local or chain car dealers, go to them. AVOID ANYTHING THAT STARTS with the name "FINDLAY".Pleasant Car Buying Experience
by lee702 on 06/22/2010After leaving two local Hyundai Dealerships (looking to buy third Tucson) I stopped at Findley Kia to look at Sportage (twin to Tucson). Since the 2010 Sportage had not been updated, the sales associate (Louis) ask if I would consider… looking at the 2011 Sorento. Took a test drive and was impressed with the handling and performance of the V6 and 4cyl. Looked the the sticker and surprised to see the additional dealer sticker did not list confusing - deceptive charges. I asked for a quote and it was close to what I considered a fair deal. So I made a counter offer and Louis submited to manager. Louis returned with their counter and he did not bring a tag sales associate, what a pleasant surprise to not have to deal with someone else. I said I needed more time to think about it and left. I returned a couple to more times for longer test drive, and made my final offer. The manager accepted and paperwork were promptly done. The delivery went very smoothly with complete explanation of the vehicle and its equipment. Only visted the service department twice and and was completely satisfied and will return for required maintenance.Highly recommend visiting the awesome staff

I worked with Jonathan and Jeff and they were both amazing! I looked on a Wednesday evening… and was contacted on Thursday with pricing. I explained what I could and could not afford and they contacted me back on Friday morning with a deal that worked for me. (By the way I had less than exceptional credit so it wasn't an easy task.) I agreed to the offer and said I'd be down after work that evening. I arrived at the dealership about 445 pm and was greeted by Jonathan explaining the process. Long story short I was in and out through finance with the exact offer we discussed verbally over the phone, no harassing up charges just a very fast and easy process. I highly recommend visiting the awesome staff at Findlay Kia Las Vegas!We will recommend Anthony to our friends

Excellent experience, this is the 2nd time here buying a vehicle. Both times I have been treated great.… Tony has done a great job, one of the better experiences Ive had in 30 years buying cars.
