Findlay Kia Las Vegas

After leaving two local Hyundai Dealerships (looking to buy third Tucson) I stopped at Findley Kia to look at Sportage (twin to Tucson). Since the 2010 Sportage had not been updated, the sales associate (Louis) ask if I would consider looking at the 2011 Sorento. Took a test drive and was impressed with the handling and performance of the V6 and 4cyl. Looked the the sticker and surprised to see the additional dealer sticker did not list confusing - deceptive charges. I asked for a quote and it was close to what I considered a fair deal. So I made a counter offer and Louis submited to manager. Louis returned with their counter and he did not bring a tag sales associate, what a pleasant surprise to not have to deal with someone else. I said I needed more time to think about it and left. I returned a couple to more times for longer test drive, and made my final offer. The manager accepted and paperwork were promptly done. The delivery went very smoothly with complete explanation of the vehicle and its equipment. Only visted the service department twice and and was completely satisfied and will return for required maintenance.
