    My salesman is Eli Columbus , he contacted me and we discussed what vehicle I wanted to purchase. I showed up to the dealership with my wife and 2 year old son and he welcomed us with a handshake asked us if we needed anything before we got started , Eli then proceed to show us the way to the vehicle , gave my family and I a chance to take a look at it . Took a test drive in it , then got back a went with the purchase process . While waiting for paperwork to get done , he continued to check on my family and I asking us if we needed anything . Eli is a great salesman he is a caring person making sure everyone is happy with the purchase and the visit , the fact that he kept checking on my family and I to make sure we were ok made it a lot more comfortable. I WILL be coming back to purchase my 2nd vehicle with Eli Columbus. It was an awesome experience

    After receiving excellent service from Rory on her 2022 Suburban my wife walked me over to the sales side. It was our 30th wedding anniversary and my wife bought me a 2024 Silverado HD from Travis Martinez. On a scale of 1-10, the whole purchase from Travis Martinez was a 12. Vehicle walk through with Christine was a 10. Christine was very knowledgeable and helped set up the Onstar for both mine and my wife’s Suburban. The whole experience was a 10 and I would highly recommend Travis to friends and family.

  • Easy and efficient truck buying.

    I did not have a lot of time to shop and waste sitting at the dealership. A sales team found what I wanted and I went in for a test drive. I was out of there in 20 minutes. All of the time consuming paperwork was done through email and text and then I only spent another hour when I went back to sign everything and drive away with my new truck.

    If you take delivery at the dealership they are probably OK. I’m still waiting for paperwork—my copies of bill of sale, warranty description, etc. The Maverick lady didn’t leave me a copy of anything. Probably not good to buy out of state.

    We were traveling home from vacation and called to see if they had a specific vehicle for our daughter. They had one in stock so we stopped in and told them we were tired from traveling and didn’t want to go back and forth with numbers and told them what we were willing to work with and wanted.     I came into the dealership after receiving an advertisement with a generous offer to trade in my current vehicle. After driving to the dealership the salesman told me the advertisement would not be honored as written and after I broke down the figures the result was a minimum $4500 loss on my part. After leaving the dealership I got ahold of a sales representative to get some more information, at which time they seemed more interested in honoring the deal as advertised. I was convinced to return to the dealership the following week and after driving there I was informed that my time had been wasted and that they no NO STOCK to sell outside of used cars and a couple of pickup trucks, even though I was told there were other vehicles, which I was interested in, in transit. The sales person made a point to contact me that morning to verify the time I would be arriving at the dealership, but also failed to notify me that they didn't have any of the stock they said they would have, which would have saved me the trouble of driving there basically just to be turned away. I could go on, but I'll leave it at that.

  • 2021 Corvette Stingray

    When signing the documents. The financial guy mentioned about extended warranty. He mentioned to me that the oil change would cost $ 150.00. I then decided to get the silver plan. When I was going over the documents in a relaxed state at home. I noticed each maintenance visit was a $ 100.00 deductible. I am now having second thoughts. When I was with the financial guy all I can remember was signing. We need to slow down the process. I spent a lot of money and will be spending for the next seven years.

  • Ray is awesome and caring

    As I mentioned we worked with Ray at the internet department and he is absolutely awesome caring , knowledgeable and professional. Now days it is is extremely rare to find a sales representative at a car dealership to have all of the above wonderful qualities. As I was getting ready to break the deal and walk out the dealership the last moment I texted Ray and asked for help and sure enough he came to my help with passion and great listening skills as truly he showed care. Sure enough Rays skills paid off and not only he saved the deal but also we reached out to our goal. Fantastic sales Ray my hats off to you and I hope that the dealership management realize what an asset Ray is to Findlay Chevrolet.

  • A real lemon Traverse

    I would not stick anyone with this Traverse many people have had issues and I did know this when I bought it I was just giving a sales job on what they can do to earn my business and after that don't let the door hit you on the way out my leg is killing me and I can hardly walk from the seats I feel like a cripple I have been to a chiro doctor and now an ortho doctor if my leg is now popping I cannot see over the front of this car it is awful it is the worst car and Chevy that I have ever owned I've never had issues with any other car besides there are big spots so that when you put your sunglasses on you look out them and they hurt your eyes there are many other issues too numerous to mention with this SUV I wouldn't pay a dollar for it and I had to pay over 30,000 go figure like I said Doug Fleming is very very very nice and can't do anything
