Dealership Sales Review
I came into the dealership after receiving an advertisement with a generous offer to trade in my current vehicle. After driving to the dealership the salesman told me the advertisement would not be honored as written and after I broke down the figures the result was a minimum $4500 loss on my part. After leaving the dealership I got ahold of a sales representative to get some more information, at which time they seemed more interested in honoring the deal as advertised. I was convinced to return to the dealership the following week and after driving there I was informed that my time had been wasted and that they no NO STOCK to sell outside of used cars and a couple of pickup trucks, even though I was told there were other vehicles, which I was interested in, in transit. The sales person made a point to contact me that morning to verify the time I would be arriving at the dealership, but also failed to notify me that they didn't have any of the stock they said they would have, which would have saved me the trouble of driving there basically just to be turned away. I could go on, but I'll leave it at that.
