    Was looking for a new Volkswagen. Met with Stephen L. a short time after arriving on the lot. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable about the VW products. Test drove several vehicle before settling on a 2015 Passat. The buying process was painless and quick, paperwork completed within 30 minutes. Everyone there was great to deal with. Sales Manager Chris and Doug in Finance were a pleasure to work with. The dealership showroom is spotless and everyone we came in contact with made us feel welcome.

    I wandered in for a test drive and it took a while to actually get someone to help me. After being passed around a couple times, I finally ended up with Charles... what a great experience! He took the time to figure out what I was looking for and got me exactly that. The test drive process was smooth and he made the process incredibly fun. All my questions were answered and I left with my new baby! Charles has been amazing since the purchase as well, delivering my green slip to me, helping me figure out how to work my iPod and making sure I have everything I need! Definitely recommend this dealership, and Charles in particular. He's an awesome salesman and got me the perfect car!

    I bought a new Passat from AutoNation and I’m very happy with it. Called them on a Wednesday to work out price and trade in and picked up the car the next day. Smooth, easy transaction, courteous and friendly service. Thanks Jennifer Matthews, Igor and Ferris. I can highly recommend them and I’m glad to have a VW again.

    Just recently bought a new GTI from AutoNation VW - it was a great experience, especially as a first time car buyer. I visited to test drive and felt very comfortable, as our salesperson Chris was very personable and did not pressure us into purchasing anything. I received a couple phone calls/emails from the dealership asking if I needed more info or if there was anything they could do to help me with my decision - nothing over the top and I appreciated the effort to connect. When I did finally decide to purchase, they were extremely helpful through the process and worked with me on the price to get it where I wanted to be. The team stayed late past closing to finish the deal, and were super friendly and pleasant throughout the entire process. I really appreciated Chris and the rest of the team as they made me feel like I was a valuable customer and that they would do anything to make sure I walked out as happy and satisfied as possible - which I did! Would highly recommend visiting if you're looking for a VW!

    I didn’t think I was in the market for a new car yet, however, my old car had other ideas. I had gone through the Costco Membership Program to find a new car and dealership. Within 5 minutes of clicking “locate a dealer”, my phone was ringing with Charles on the other end from AutoNation Volkswagen. He explained the program to me, and let me tell him what I was looking for. We made an appointment for the following day so I could look at the car. Everyone was very friendly in the dealership, and it made me feel at ease while debating purchasing the car. Everything was explained to me step by step during the process of the purchase, both by Charles and Farris. They made sure that they worked within my budget in order to get me my new car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to people interested in buying a new Volkswagen!

    Hmmm..where do I start? Two months ago, I wouldn't have said this dealership was 5 stars; but the storm of crazy events (we can laugh about it now!) that have occurred have definitely changed my mind. After purchasing a 2012 CC here in April, I quickly found myself with constant problems with the car. For the next 8 months, my car probably spent 25-30 days in the shop, getting repaired. The Service Department was amazing. Rudy, Justin, Tyler and Brianna were extremely patient with me and tried to make the situation right each time. Thank you to them for that. Finally, I hit my limit. I spoke with the General Manager, David, who listened to me "tantrum" about the car. I demanded to know my options of how I could get out of the car. He simply told me that he was involved now and would do his best to help me. Not having much faith in the situation, I left thinking that a car dealership would NEVER help me get out of a used lemon (lemon laws do not apply to used cars) and that I was stuck with this piece of crap car. The next day, David called to let me know he was working on some options to get me out of my car and into a new one without penalty or further financial burdens to me. To say I was shocked is understatement. Over the next couple of weeks (and continued problems with my CC), David made it happen. I was able to get out of the car; the loan was paid off; and I was able to get into a brand new car that I LOVE because of David, Steve (Sales Manager) and Robin (salesman). The deal was amazing. Without sharing details, every bit of inconvenience and frustration that I had experienced for 8 months was repaid, ten fold. David and his team really wanted to make the situation right for me; and they did. At the end of the day, David restored my faith in VW after showing (not just talking about) that their customers satisfaction matters. Integrity, for sure. Thank you, David, Steve, Robin, Rudy, Justin, Tyler, Brianna and all of the salesmen who always had a smile for me during my repeat visits. This is a good place. Michele W

    We recently bought a new Passat and received terrific service from Robin Valentine. Throughout the whole process he was extremely informative,helpful (even on his day off), and supportive. He even dropped the car off at our house and provided options for registration service and insurance. Can't say enough about his first rate service!

    Ok. Here's the deal. YOSH was my sales rep. Great guy listens to what you say. James his manager also great l. I asked for the number to be at a certain price he came back and gave me a number that was lower. Wrote a check and drive off the lot. Very smooth and quick considering when buying a new car. Ladies and gents go see them. Ask for the two people I have mentioned and feel comfortable. Also Justin and Tyler in the service dept. Are both really good and will take care of you and your vehicle. This is a true response I just bought my jetta on Saturday.

    My husband and I were on our way to California for a vacation at Disneyland, when the transmission on our Nissan Sentra broke down. After getting the mechanic's estimate, we determined it was better to buy a new car. We worked with both Robin and AJ, and they were excellent! They were friendly, polite and courteous, and made the car buying experience a whole lot less scary, especially during our stressful situation. We were not prepared to buy a new car, not having had the time to do any research, but Robin and AJ made us feel like we can really trust them! We also feel that we got a fair trade in value for our old car, and an amazing deal on our new one! Although we were disappointed to have to forfeit our vacation, we LOVE our pre-owned VW Tiguan and will be repeat customers in the future!

    After working with this dealer for several weeks on the purchase of a new 2010 Jetta TDI Sportwagen, the sales manager told me he'd sell me the vehicle for $400 over invoice. The next day, after spending more than 3 hours at the dealership, the deal was done. It wasn't until the next day while I was overlooking all of the paperwork that I saw a difference of $625 more than the invoice price on the sales contract. I called the dealer and he emailed a totally new invoice for the vehicle that included advertisement costs and membership in the Las Vegas Dealership Association. I called him on it, and he claims it was the same invoice I saw at closing. No way. I asked him if my signature was on the document, to which he laughed. I asked to be reimbursed for the $625 difference and he told me to take a hike. I have yet to receive a customer satisfaction survey from VW.

    My partner and I recently set out to buy the perfect car, and it was to our great luck that we found AutoNation Volkswagen! Jared V. went over and above to find us the perfect car, which was no small task as there were three options in the western region! Jared was never pushy, explored options with us to make sure the car was perfect, and when it arrived drove it to our house and provided a personalized tutorial! The customer service was true lay outstanding, a great overall experience! I would recommend AutoNation Volkswagen and especially Jared to anyone, and ESPECIALLY to fellow Veterans!

    First off...I am very excited to be a part of VW family! It was an easy, painless, extraordinary experience! Jennifer M. (Internet Sales Manager) was on top of her game! During the first phase of meeting Jennifer, she made me feel like I was already a part of the AutoNation VW! She did not pressure me at all and she even made sure that I understood everything about my new VW purchase! Steve was very courtesy during the trade-in discussion. Stratton P. (Finance Manager) was fabulous! He discussed all of the options very precisely. Jennifer then explained all functionalities of my new vehicle!   • Charged for Services Not Performed

    Service adviser Roland Wheaton had no problem to lie to my face: I paid for a Fuel Saver Service, $69. It was to include (among other things) an oil change, inspection, tire balance and rotation. It was mainly for the tire service that I chose this service over a regular oil change. Roland Wheaton failed to give me a work order. When it was time to pay I had to ask him for the vehicle inspection sheet. On my invoice I was charged for 49 quarts of oil (my car's capacity is only 5qts!). It didn't say anywhere on my invoice or the inspection sheet that the tires had been serviced and rotated, so I asked Roland Wheaton, specifically, if they rotated the tires. He assured me that they had. Little did he know that before my visit to Desert VW, each of my two rear tires could be easily identified: the tire in left rear was the newest, purchased in November 2009 (with paperwork to prove it) and the right rear tire had an anti-theft valve cover, different from the other three (I replaced it when it was stolen the month before). Much to my dismay, I found both my left and right rear tires in the same place - proof that they hadn't been rotated as Roland Wheaton assured me! It is unlikely that they checked the air pressure and even more likely that other services were never performed that I was charged for!

    We walked into Desert VW after leaving an unsatisfactory experience at another dealership down the street and were very surprised by how friendly the sales that greeted us was at Desert VW. Tom O’Malley the salesperson was very helpful. After looking and test driving different vehicles Tom and Farris worked with my husband and I to create a fantastic deal. We loved how straight forward, thorough, and funny they were to make our deal and awesome experience. We loved the experience so much that my husband and I came back within the same week and bought another brand new car from this dealership. Stratton and Danny were exceptional with organizing all the paerwork on our new Jettas. Thank you Desert VW for taking your time and treating us like family!
