Service was good. Lisa was fantastic. I came in because my battery died and at first the service manager wanted to charge for a new battery. I only hadthe car year and 10 months. She saidthat thebattery warranty started on the born date of car. In my opinion this is ridiculous. Why would i be charged for a battery power when i don't own the car yet. Iv had other vehicles and never heard such a thing. I like mycar and my lease is up in a year. Its the little things that matter. Not sure if ill stay with VW. Again lisa was great.
