    I have been taking my Camry to Auto Nation since I got it. They are always easy to work with and make it easy to make appointments. They have a shuttle service to take you to work and they'll when come pick you up to get your car again. Service staff are great too.

    Pretty decent service from them, they would have got 5 stars but the service advisor area is a cluster. Move Me 3 times from one desk to another which was irritating without apologizing for the mix up. Unprofessional. Other than that I haven't had a problem yet with service from them. Oh and they did not give me an estimate when I asked them 2xs for it. Had to pry the estimate from them..weird

    Simple oil change at least what I thought. Mechanic forgot to put the cover back on under the car. Well one screw so it is dragging under neither now.

    My rims were damaged and it was attributed to curbs.l, although they were not there prior to my service appointment. I was informed that the marks and gashes were clearly old.

    When I came on Nov 22, Wednesday, I had an appointment with Michael bigness but he wasn't there at his desk. So they paged him and I was waiting for few minutes. A service guy who looked like Asian (sitting close to Michael bigness)was helping me to processes my complimentary service while waiting for Michael bigness. I was happy when they gave me the complimentary oil change. I waited for almost 2 hours to finish the service. I'm glad that the guy helped me without waiting for so long and also I appreciate Michael bigness too.

    I was given a two hour time frame for the service to be rendered by, and they exceeded expectations! It was done within the hour! Since I was not expecting the service to be done so fast, my wife and I went shopping and I returned three hours later. And when I walked by my service host he remembered who I was and told me my car was ready. Amazing service!!!

  • Door lock repair

    The door lock function on my 2013 Camry Hybrid failed. Due to this, the fob would not engage the car's alarm nor lock any of the doors. I called my service advisor on a Thursday and he made me an appointment for the following Monday morning. There was no safety concern so I was fine to wait the few days before bringing the car in for service. The lock mechanism was repaired within a few hours and everything works like normal.
