Fast and efficient service

Move Me 3 times from one desk to another which was irritating without apologizing for the mix up. Unprofessional. Other than that I… haven't had a problem yet with service from them. Oh and they did not give me an estimate when I asked them 2xs for it. Had to pry the estimate from them..weirdHi Matthew, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. How can mechanics forget this

Complimentary change oil and flush coolant

A service guy who looked like Asian (sitting close to Michael bigness)was… helping me to processes my complimentary service while waiting for Michael bigness. I was happy when they gave me the complimentary oil change. I waited for almost 2 hours to finish the service. Inspection

Since I was not expecting the service to be done so fast, my wife and I went shopping and I returned three… hours later. And when I walked by my service host he remembered who I was and told me my car was ready. Door lock repair
by Vegas Camry on 11/22/2023The door lock function on my 2013 Camry Hybrid failed. Due to this, the fob would not engage the car's alarm nor lock any of the doors. I called my service advisor on a Thursday and he made me an appointment for the following Monday… morning. There was no safety concern so I was fine to wait the few days before bringing the car in for service.
