I believe my service representative name was Shane. Shane was great. Very knowledgeable, friendly, a d professional. Took care of my Lexus with the best service ever. Got me in and out in 2hrs fir a full alignment. Really appreciate his professionalism. Would definitely recommend this dealership, and if you want a great service provider, pick Shane!
