He found me another SUV that was better than the one I intended to buy.… Also the finance department were very efficient and catered to my needs. If you are ever in the market for a Mercedes-Benz I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Henderson.Very satisfied

2014 Hyundai Elantra

Was able to deal on the price a little and felt good about the purchase. Was in with the… finance manager for about 10 minutes, and drove home with my new (to me) Hyundai. by drose36 on 07/20/2015I bought a new Mercedes Benz GLK 350 in June 2015 from Diane Casiello at Mercedes-Benz of Henderson. The experience was so good and the car so great, that I recommended my parents get one. They loved my car so much that they decided to… get one just like mine, only black instead of white. I contacted Diane for them and told her what they wanted and the out-the-door price they needed. The next day I added a few more options. She worked to make sure they still had the out-the-door price (including taxes, etc) that my parents wanted - so my parents got an even better deal than me. The only model with all the features they wanted came in to their Las Vegas location on Friday. Diane had the vehicle transferred to Henderson for my parents that day. I went in with my dad and two hours later he was driving his new vehicle home. She spent time with him showing him some features and setting up his remotes, phone, etc, making sure he was comfortable before he left. Everyone at the dealership made the experience a great one and I would not hesitate to recommend that you buy your next vehicle at Mercedes Benz of Henderson. Since it was on target, the deal was done. I also traded a… vehicle and got my asking price. They patiently demonstrated features of the car before I left, checked up with me that week, got my tags at the DMV (thank you) and spent more time showing me features a couple of weeks later. Beautiful car and a great experience!The Experience

Five Star treatment
by sean_stevenson on 05/01/2015After dealing with abuse from the Findlay franchise, MB of Henderson was a bastion of hope. We had been shopping for new Toyota Tundra's across all the Toyota dealerships and landed in Findlay Toyata. We spent 3 days calling, emailing, and… hours in the dealership only to be lied to and disrespected. We had given up on the idea of buying from a dealer altogether, until we saw a slightly used one at MB of Henderson that seemed to have everything we wanted. Within a couple of hours we had test driven it, agreed on a price, negotiated our trade-in, and got better financing. Tom Judge was an excellent salesman and an all around great person to work with. We also had the pleasure of working with Jason Abbot in Finance, another great guy who made the whole process easy and stress free. As we were leaving with the new truck, everyone that was still there (we kept them open past closing time) thanked us for our business and congratulated us with a smile. I'll recommend this place to anyone, even skeptics who only buy private party. Great experience.
