by MarcoManjarrez on 01/14/2015Michael Pyon, delivered an excellent customer service, I wanted to have a car for my wife as a gift anniversary, when we got to the dealership the car was ready for a test drive with a nice big red bow on the top of it. it was a nice… surprise for my wife, thanks to Michael, he took the extra step to help me out to get this done. He also show us some empathy for our finance needs by answering every question and searching the best options for us. Jason Brewis, without being pushy, offered and explained us all about the extended warranties. He was cordial, professional and fun at all times. Garrett, the BMW Genius was very knowledgeable he helped us to understand all the functions of the car, specially all about the navigation system, Garrett has great plus since he is bilingual, we had all the information we need to know in Spanish and English, thanks to Him. BMW of Henderson, and in particular our sales associate Michael Pyon, were fabulous from start to finish. They guided me through the process… of custom-ordering my vehicle, so that it had everything I wanted and I avoided paying for options I did not need. We negotiated the terms of both my purchase and trade-in online, and they were very fair in their pricing, meeting my terms on both my new vehicle and my trade-in, with no surprises. They took all the time necessary to explain and demonstrate the key features on my vehicle, and followed up by e-mail to answer any questions I had after driving it for a while. Although I have only had the vehicle for 3 weeks, I am loving it. BMW of Henderson exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely buy my next BMW there.Feri, Erik, & Jason...gave us everything we wanted!

They all knew what they were doing, Feri was so kind and helpful, Erik one of the managers gave us everything we asked for, made things happen so that we got the BMW we wanted. Jason was… funny and accommodating, he made sure we got the financial deals we asked for. The entire experience was exactly what you would expect from a BMW dealership, the best! Erik even told us to bring in our old Acura so that the service crew could fix our plastic headlights to looking like new, it had nothing to do with our purchase, it was already done. It was a great experience, they got us done and set up right away, appointments made with their Genius to train us on all our new car details. They even tinted our windows just because. I usually dread the prospect of visiting a car dealership. But we had a remarkably positive time here.… We dealt with Justin S., who was courteous and knowledgeable. Neither he nor anyone else there pressured us; it was OK if we were interested in buying that day, and OK if we needed to think about it. What do you know? We ended up buying *that* day because they had exactly the car we wanted, and because they made a very fair, haggle-free offer that was as low as we could expect to get anywhere for this car.Thank you so so much again.Stress Free Sales Experience

by elizabethk1 on 10/01/2014I had the worst experience buying my new 2014 X5 from this dealership. The original salesman Al S. was rude and horrible to deal with. Than my brand new car had recalls. I brought it in for horrible service. And than a month later my brand… new car broke down. Again to horrible service. They have had my car for over a month and they never call me back and when it was being towed in their was damage done to my wheels and rims. They refuse to own the damage and feel I could have possibly hit my left tires on a curb. As if this is even possible? I drive in the US on the right side of the road as per the laws of the land. They are arrogant horrible people from the sales people to the service person Mike to the General Manager Eric. [non-permissible content removed]. Super happy with the experience and if you need a great Sales Person to call reach out to contact Leland M. he is very knowledgeable and great help! I'd like to mention I had my first visit to the Service Department and the exceptional Customer Service continued-- Marco in the "Service Department" was awesome! After leaving the Service Department that day, I said to myself, "Now that was Customer Service" BMW is in a league of their own-- "Exceptional Customer Service & A Quality Product" ! by danielle4 on 02/15/2009I recently returned a lease to this dealership a 2006 750 LI in perfect condition with only 20K in milage. It was our intent to purchase this vehicle with an original sticker price of $86000.00. Desert raised its residual value at turn in… and refused to sell us our vehicle unless we payed a higher price since it was returned in perfect condition and with only 20,0000 miles on it. Basically, if we wanted to buy this car the we would need to pay over $55,000.00 ( Much more than book value, punishing us for taking good care of our lease!) We questioned this since our lease payments have been over $55,000.00 already. This would make the full purchase price of a 3year old vehicle over $110,000.00!!! I had previously purchased 2 other vehicles from Desert BMW and had found them fair in the past. I am hurt by their UNETHICAL business practices, treating loyal clients with indignity and greed. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY from this dealership.First Class Experience

Give me your best deal, no haggling get me out of there within 2 hours or I'll go pick up an Audi. Brandon and his new car manager… Jason did just that. The deal was sweet, painless and I was out the door as requested. This is my first purchase at Henderson BMW but not by any means my first car purchase. As a matter of record I've owned multiple BMW's, Mercedes, a Mazda, a Hyundai and VW Passat -- all from dealers. This was by far the most efficient non arduous process I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I'd highly recommend Brandon, he communicated with me over the Internet we set the guidelines, we set an appointment to view the vehicle I had via the Internet and most importantly he listened and delivered.
