Best experience purchasing a car ever
by JIsidro702 on 06/29/2018I went to the dealership and was looking in purchasing a brand new car. I was greeted immediately by Chip Rogers and was asked if I had any questions to come look for him. I was told what I was looking for and directed me to the area of the… car I was looking for. I was very happy that he was not pushy like other sales consultants I have dealt with previously. After seeing what I liked and taking me for a test drive, we then proceeded to talk about price. I told him that I dont want to play the negotiating and play back and forth numbers game. He asked me what I wanted for the car and how much I wanted for my trade. He went to go talk to someone about where Im at with numbers and we agreed after 20 minutes. I came back the next morning with the cashiers check and paid the car in full. The best part is I wanted the wheels locks off and I want the hood emblem on the car. When I arrived with check the car was ready and all I had to do was the paper work. I love that the girl took the time to explain all the bells and whistles about the car and answered my questions and explained it very well in detail. I love the car but the best part is how smooth everything went. I will definitely purchase my next car from this dealerships and tell all my friends and family to this dealerships. Great buying experience

Scheduling my follow up to purchase the vehicle and do a final test… drive was exceptional by their admin team. They wanted my business and made sure I got all of the information to do the deal. The sales person John Broadbent is one of the best I have every dealt with. He is very professional and did not pressure me to make a decsion before I was ready. The Sales Manager introduced himself without my asking. He did not pressure me. The dealership gave me a really good deal. All of the employees make an effort to say hello and ask if they can… do anything. The sleek building is modern and clean and the waiting areas are varied and plenty. I was pleased to meet and deal with salesman John Broadbent who is a veteran of Mercedes sales and went over and above to find the vehicle I specified. When the new car arrived I had the pleasure of learning all about it from Lauren McDade, Product Concierge. She amazed me with her knowledge of the computer and technical workings. Her patience is outstanding. The finalizing of the paperwork was done quickly and efficiently by Daniel Palladino without any pressure, but with explanations of services offered which I partook of.
