So many other dealers were doing business like it was the '60s: Lying, uninformed, up-selling. They really need to get into the 21st… century. Hendeson salesman Kyle did everything right. Smooth Car Puchase

Our salesperson, John, was great—very friendly and patient. The lead salesperson, Damian, was so pleasant and… truly made the negotiation process smooth. He was very informative and helpful with downloading the app after we came to terms and showed us how to use it. Dave, who handled the finance, was also a pleasure! This is the 14th car I've purchased from a dealer, and as a strong-minded woman, I have struggled in the past with men having major attitudes. I experienced nothing of the sort at Henderson Chevy. A Breath of Fresh Air
by ROLAND STGERMAIN on 05/04/2018updated 05/09/2018The last time I bought a new car, the process made me feel more like a hostage than a customer - there's a reason why it has been over 20 years since I risked doing this again. This time, however, it was a much more pleasant experience in… many ways: 1. I was getting rid of a Ford product (2002 Lincoln) that flashed warning lights so often, I felt like I was playing Whack-A-Mole; 2. I didn't experience any of the "Let me take this to the manager and see what I can do," which usually meant sitting around watching a bunch of sales people gathered around the manager's desk as they seemed to be competing in a "Funniest Joke Contest"; and 3. Most importantly, we got a Chevy!!!! Even something as seemingly insignificant as the instrument panel had a much more pleasing look to it. And in the first few moments of driving our new car, I couldn't help but notice how much stress had magically melted away. All this, and we didn't feel like a hostage either!
