Ok dealership
by Sam on 01/25/2023Bought my truck from thar dealership. I had to request the truck to be cleaned up and to have them check the tire pressure since the pressure warning light was on. You would think checking the air in the tires is part of the 100 some points… of vehicle inspection… i’d rather deal with autonation VW, they are the cleaner more attentive dealership version of the autonation USA Henderson. Salesman was ok but not that helpful, had to pull teeth with him asking about the carfax and any car related questions.Hi Sam, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

I had gone to the Ford dealership where I had bought a new vehicle a year and 1/2 ago. They really did not care to make a sale. They ran my… credit through numerous banks after I had told them to go through my credit union. After no calls and messages left, 3 days later I get a phone call saying they can't get me financed. I went to AutoNation after work and less than 3 hours later I was driving home with my new (used) vehicle. Mark was very helpful, no problems and had me financed through my credit union in less than 30 minutes.Roy the Man

Horrible service altogether
by AJS on 03/05/2022I bought a dodge ram 1500 truck this February. It had some problems with a light that said "service airbag system," and the trailer connector was not working. I brought it in and the service center said it was after the 5 day period of… returning the vehicle, although they told me they would "look at the problem but not fix it." A company that prides themself in "outstanding" service should live up to their word and promise. As it turns out, my mechanic was astonished that they would not take care of these problems, especially the "service airbag system" light, since that was a major safety issue. Shame on Auto-Nation!!! They have lost all of my confidence and I have already told 5 of my friends that were thinking about dealing with them to not have anything to do with them whatsoever. Great experience

Jason Bonnell was my salesperson and he was very pleasant to… deal with. It was a transparent process. Also there was no pressure on financing. Terrible experience

Been bringing my car there for some time for everything from basic wear and tear stuff like routine Oil Changes, to Tires, Brakes, etc. to… Warranty related items and all I can say is that every time I have gone to this location for assistance, the staff - especially the Service Team has been awesome -- extremely helpful, courteous and always doing what they can by going over and beyond to ensure my issues get addressed, resolved and that my overall experience is nothing but a positive one -- every time! Buyer Beware
by Mark Lively on 12/20/2019Left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Holding a cashiers check for a loan from Bank of America for 10 business days? Because of this, they never mailed the vehicle registration to the DMV in Florida. They dated the… temporary tag 3 weeks prior to my receiving the vehicle. So, this car cannot be driven until after the holidays. The finance guy told me over the phone that they had to hold the "Cashiers check for 10 business days" to wait for it to clear the bank. Really, a cashiers check is the same as cash. So, now this vehicle cannot be driven until they decide to mail the registration and title to my DMV, which should have been done weeks ago. Lastly, he lied to me over the phone telling me he could not issue an extension and that all my DMV needed was a copy of the purchase order. I was at the DMV this morning, and they told me he must have fabricated the entire story to get me off the phone. Buyer beware!Hi Mark, we appreciate you taking the time to respond. Ask to see and check car keys
by nothappy on 09/12/2019Honestly, I would not recommend buying a car from there. I thought that this was going to be quick deal, but I was wrong. I don't still understand why I had to sit around for 3 hours after already getting the financing completed through the… credit union. Then to find out that the key for the car was broken, and did not have the internal key inside the key fob. Having to pretty much give back the car before anything was somewhat resolved. When I finally get the 2nd key fob, I'm told to drive to Friendly Ford, which is across town from where I live, to have them program the 2nd key fob. I take the car today to Ford Country only to find out that the internal key that was on the key ring, is in fact not even for my car. So now, I have 2 working key fobs and no internal key. And oh by the way, Ford does not re-key any keys unless they show that I am the registered owner of the car. I did finally get the slip that let's me register the car today. No phone call to let me know anything. I do not understand how a dealership would not check to make sure that the key or keys that have internal fob key or not is for the car they are selling. There's something not right with this whole situation. I sent this on September 5th and have made attempts to call and have been hung up now and still no response as of September 12th GO BUY SOMEWHERE ELSEHi, we appreciate you taking the time to respond.
