Honda Pilot Purchase
by Retro4me on 11/27/2013updated 06/21/2025I assisted my girlfriend in purchasing a fully loaded Honda Pilot Touring, which was on the Show Room floor. Negotiating the price was hassle free and the salesman was courteous and professional. My disappointment with the dealership came 3… days later, when my girlfriend called 2 separate times asking for the 2 salesmen handling the sale, because she had a question regarding the Navigation System. Neither returned her call that day or any time since... its now 10 days ago. Lets see how she is treated when she comes in for service calls. I rate my experience 4 Star for the Purchase and 0 Star for follow-up.... not good.They're all the same
by cantgetaname on 05/15/2012updated 06/21/2025I would say my experience here was no better or worse than any other dealer. The price of the car was a non issue. With all of the information available to you on the Internet I think only the most uninformed will overpay for a car anymore.… The problem is the dealers have figured this out. Where they try to make money now is at closing. Extended warrantees, invisible bras and fabric protection. Worst of all is the ridiculous theft protection window etching. They charge $229 and all you get are ugly engravings on the windows that do you absolutely no good. This fee coupled with the $399.50 Doc fees brings the total to $628.50. Lastly, know rates before you go. If you're financing they make money by putting you into a rate you may not deserve. Do your homework before you buy.
