I assisted my girlfriend in purchasing a fully loaded Honda Pilot Touring, which was on the Show Room floor. Negotiating the price was hassle free and the salesman was courteous and professional. My disappointment with the dealership came 3 days later, when my girlfriend called 2 separate times asking for the 2 salesmen handling the sale, because she had a question regarding the Navigation System. Neither returned her call that day or any time since... its now 10 days ago. Lets see how she is treated when she comes in for service calls. I rate my experience 4 Star for the Purchase and 0 Star for follow-up.... not good.
