Kept me updated at every step, no high pressure sales but did let me know what may need attention in the future. Notified me of a recall and offered… a loaner car for the day to get the recall issue wrapped up! Oil change on my crosstek
by Dan Reida on 07/13/2024I bought my Subaru Crosstek from this dealership and I got my first oil change since I bought it. They were very nice and did a great job in the time they told me it would take (Consistency). They also gave me a car wash after the oil… change. Which was nice. The only thing I would be critical about is it wasn’t a thorough job. There was still some dirt on the back. But for free I’ll take it. All around great experience. One thing to add: they provided pop, water, coffee and snacks while I waited. An added bonus.Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. No issues great waiting environment and it seemed they were done and out before I… finished my coffee. The service team handled the challenges successfully creating an experience that was filled with many moments of kindness and thoughtfulness. Tobi Elder, our service… advisor, was a delight to work with as her communications were timely and she addressed our concerns effectively. The host of skilled & knowledgeable service technicians not only made the needed repairs but employed thorough quality control processes. It was a great visit
by Hanni on 11/16/2023I like going to Baxter for service; their waiting room is welcoming and they offer coffee and fruit while waiting. Everything was handled well. My only quibble: I was buying license plate covers and assumed there would be two in the… package--front and back. But turns out only the front cover was the "fancier one" I wanted, and the back one was plastic. I had to go back a few days later for the back plate holder. Somewhat inconvenient, due to the distance to the dealership. The service people were very nice.Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate the 5 star review. Service like no other
by JG on 10/14/2023This is our fifth Subaru overall and Baxter Subaru in Omaha is the top dealer for a reason. Amazing staff from the front of the house (sales) to the back (service). We have three Subarus in our house today. All get serviced at Baxter, two… were purchased there in the last three years. Communication is always clear and easy to understand. The writers and techs are thorough and very detailed. If there’s ever an issue that SOA needs to be consulted on they advocate to make it right. I literally know every wrench that has been turned on my cars and who turned them. Great peace of mind for high mileage daily drivers (106k on 2019 sk forester sport, 35k on 2021 ascent, 1k on two week old 2023 sk forester sport). This department always has someone to help or guide me in the right direction, and the… customer service is always stellar. I've had some major issues w/ my vehicle and haven't had issues since, so the work being done there is great as well! Alan, the advisor there, I think has a lot to do with the success of the service department there. He's a 5 star talent w/ 5star customer service, to boot. The staff at Baxter Subaru fitted me into the schedule since I was a drop in and did an amazing job of removing the tar from the car and the wind shield.
