Our sales associate Lorenzo was very good to work with. This being the second Subaru I have purchased from Baxter Subaru, I find their dealership one of the best out there. Lorenzo was polite, respectful and very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. He made my wife and I feel most comfortable when it came to discussing the different standard features on the Forester Touring that we purchased. From the moment we stepped foot in the door and took a test drive to when we drove the new Forester out of the detail bay, nothing but professionalism the entire time. This is quite refreshing as there was no back and forth discussions with some sales manager like the days of old as their whole outfit is totally transparent now. The entire experience was top notch. Thank you Lorenzo for your patience with my wife and I and we look forward to many happy years of driving the new Subaru. Will definitely return when it comes time to purchase again.

In and out in no time

Erick my service advisor greeted me as I stepped out of my car and immediately took care of getting me checked in and my regular 6,000 mile service started. No issues great waiting environment and it seemed they were done and out before I finished my coffee. Car was washed and ready to go.

Had another Five Star visit to service my Subaru, at Baxter Subaru this week. Dustin Hill, in sales was patient and informative as always, and Thomas in Service, did a super job. Leslie, at Customer Service was a hostess with the mostess! She is a joy to see, the minute you walk in the door.

From beginning to end, my most recent experience was excellent. From the service personnel greeting me at the bay, the concierge brewing my latte to the pups showing their love throughout my visit, I have no complaints. For the services my Crosstrek needed, there were timely status updates and thorough consultation was provided during and after. Definitely worth it!!

The service required by our car turned out to be quite complicated. The service team handled the challenges successfully creating an experience that was filled with many moments of kindness and thoughtfulness. Tobi Elder, our service advisor, was a delight to work with as her communications were timely and she addressed our concerns effectively. The host of skilled & knowledgeable service technicians not only made the needed repairs but employed thorough quality control processes. Thankfully for us, the entire experience was seamless which we attribute to Brian Moat, service manager.

It was a great visit

I like going to Baxter for service; their waiting room is welcoming and they offer coffee and fruit while waiting. Everything was handled well. My only quibble: I was buying license plate covers and assumed there would be two in the package--front and back. But turns out only the front cover was the "fancier one" I wanted, and the back one was plastic. I had to go back a few days later for the back plate holder. Somewhat inconvenient, due to the distance to the dealership. The service people were very nice.

Once I walker in the door I knew this was the dealership for me. Friendly, personable & knowledgeable. Describes this place from front to back. I could not have had a better sales person than Ryan C. There was nothing about the Outback that we were looking for that he did not know. He comes highly recommend from us.

Service like no other

This is our fifth Subaru overall and Baxter Subaru in Omaha is the top dealer for a reason. Amazing staff from the front of the house (sales) to the back (service). We have three Subarus in our house today. All get serviced at Baxter, two were purchased there in the last three years. Communication is always clear and easy to understand. The writers and techs are thorough and very detailed. If there’s ever an issue that SOA needs to be consulted on they advocate to make it right. I literally know every wrench that has been turned on my cars and who turned them. Great peace of mind for high mileage daily drivers (106k on 2019 sk forester sport, 35k on 2021 ascent, 1k on two week old 2023 sk forester sport). These guys know and many drive Subarus.

Best subaru dealership ever!

Fantastic service and honestly the best car buying experience ive ever had or whitnessed and i used to sell cars. But honestly thier offer was quick prompt and transparent. The atmosphere was fantastic with freindly dogs of the staff providing four legged assistance through the car buying experience. Angela Emerson was one of the best salespersons ive ever seen and really should be teaching classes on how to not only sell cars but have superior product knowledge on the cars and features. John mac was also very helpful on providing knowledge in reguards to financing and did not do any of the typical finacing games that most dealerships do. Scott garvin was also helpfull as i had accidentaly left some tools in my truck from the trade in and he helped facilitate the securing of my tools for me to retrive the following day. Also huge shoutout to john wienberg for seeing my tools before i noticed i forgot them and not taking them and making sure they where secured till i arrived. Ive been in the auto industry for eleven years ,all across the United States and i can confidently say if your gonna buy a subaru buy it from Baxter Omaha Subaru.
