    They are very professional and accomodating. They explain what has been done and if anything needs to be completed as well as if there are any recalls outstanding. They are one of a kind and wouldn't go any place else!

    As usual very good. Disappointed though that the fuel and air sensor went out on my truck at 60,000 miles and there was no warranty that would cover it. Actually really diapointed and a bit upset. When bought truck were given two year 48,000 mile certified warranty, didn't realize that was 48,000 total mile on truck. In reality we got a 1 year 18,000 warranty. Not worth much at all. Not real happy.

    The work I was gonna have done was going to run into the technicians lunch hour and so I was told that he would finish the job when he got back from lunch. I stated that would not be a problem. The dealership offered me a car to take to lunch which I ended up declining. The technician then stayed into his lunch hour to finish the job so I wouldn't have to wait so long. Way to go - they securely took the extra mile in customer service!!!

    We've had several issues with this 2014 Impala and updates had been completed. Wayne, Mark Wagner, and Jim took the time to discuss the issues that we had been seeing and experiencing with this Impala and come up with a game plan to get it taken care of. Wayne and Dan contacted GM to see what could be done next to solve these issues. We greatly appreciate their time and effort in trying to get the best possible solution to our outstanding issues. They also found that we had a leak in the tail light and water was getting to the trunk, so this was resolved during this visit also. As well, as a recall that we hadn't even heard about yet. Wayne does an excellent job and keeps us well informed on the progress and what steps were being completed. Wayne has even checked in a couple times this week to ensure that we aren't seeing the issues return. We are quite pleased with the service at Sid Dillon's.

    As always, the service staff are friendly and helpful in keeping us advised of service needs. AND, the owner, Blake Dillon, always takes time when he is there to greet us and offer any assistance needed.

    Wayne does an excellent job and returned the vehicle after the warranty work was completed. But we had an issue locating it in the parking lot...kinda hard when you don't put it back close to where you found it. Nope...had to wonder around the lot and found it on the opposite side of the parking lot at MACC, with a lot full of cars in it.

    Very friendly staff. It seemed like all of the customers were treated like they new them for years, which im sure most of them have. Small town atmosphere, I loved it, I will be back.

    From the time you make an appointment on line and its confirmed, and you are greeted when you get there, you know your in good hands. They keep you informed on what needs to be done on your vehicle, so that you can be involved in any decisions. There are no surprises at the end and your vehicle is washed clean when you leave. Just good courteous customer service.

    I thought the service rider did a great job letting us know what was going on, and asking us what we would like to do with each item. It helps when they communicate with the customer so I was pleased with that service.

    As always, I was greeted promptly. I had an intermittent electrical problem a few days earlier that appeared to clear itself up before I could get my Suburban in to have the issue checked. I wasn't confident the technician would find anything wrong and that turned out to be the case. I wanted to ensure my battery was still okay and wasn't the source of the problem. The battery checked okay so now I just have to hope the gremlins don't reappear.

    The service was great, they guys took great care of me. It took a little over an hour which i though was a bit long since an appointment had been made. However over all was very pleased with the service regardless. Thanks guys!!

    As usual, Sid Dillon always goes above and beyond in the customer service area. Mark and Jeff have been helping me for years and they work hard to make sure the customer feels important. They make sure my trip to the service department is satisfactory.

    Wayne did wonderful job. He took my appoinment and also received me on appoinment date. The work was fast and professional. The coffee was hot but why always chocolate cookies?
